I went a few days ago to sign up for a membership and Julian was very helpful! He gave me a variety of plan options with everything from $0 down or a higher down payment to lower my monthly payments. My plan has no cancellation fee and a low monthly payment that works best for me. He also gave me a thorough tour of the gym and a print out of the different classes offered and times. Julian made my sign up experience quick and pain-free. Definitely coming back to sign up friends and family through him.
Okay, now lets start off by saying that I love this franchise. The gym is usually up to date with equipment and its hardly any wait time. I've made a few cool associates and received some great advice. However, this particular location is very dated, they lack equipment for example; barbell cushion, no barbells rack, floors are not maintained well and the bathroom is not maintained. I've been to many LA fitness gyms and this least maintained. I really hope they consider renovating this location. Seriously, have ya'll been to other locations? Tell me you don't notice the upgrades and the brighter feel.
Anthony Tran is awesome! Very kind and knowledgeable of La fitness products and services. Very kind and helpful. The staff are very professional and kind. Great experience here. I plan to come often.
Great gym and great location! Never too crowded. And Anthony helped get me a great deal on my membership. Would recommend him and this location for sure!
They got new spin bikes that are awesome. Love all the classes, they you motivated. Anthony the sales manager is great, always friendly.

Love this gym when I was going. My personal trainer was AWESOME when he was there. After he left I kind of fell off. I lost 100 lbs working with him.
I was sometimes stalked but this big dude with was always in the boxing ring. It was weird and thats what made me give up my membership.

What I really liked about Anthony is that he took the time to ask me questions about my fitness goals and previous gym experiences. He really took his time in telling me about different packages. I really appreciate when I receive specialized services. Hes a great guy who really enjoys what he does!

This LA Fitness is a little different then most as there is not a pool, but they do have a boxing ring. They have adequate machines so there is typically open equipment for you, I can't speak for peak times, but I plan on being there when there's less people there. They have personal trainers available who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent customer service! I walked in with an issue with my memebership and both Anthony Tran and Natasha worked with me to get it solved, even when I started to see frustrated. If I could pick any location to go to, I would choose this location over and over again. Amazing staff!

Where to start? Air conditioning is weak and hardly cools the place. When it's 85 outside, you feel like you're working out under the sun, which severely impacts how much you can lift if you feel like you're gonna pass out from heatstroke.
Equipment is old and thrown around. A lot of useless machines. The stereo in the gym is broken. You know how if your left earbud is broken, you can only hear certain vocal tracks? That's the sound system at the gym. Songs will play but you'll only hear half of it.
90% of the treadmills are BROKEN FOR YEARS!! This is one of the busiest gyms in a populated area. They make easy money. Please upgrade to any treadmills, as long as they work. The ones in here are in dire need of replacement. Half does not turn on and have maintenance signs posted for years. The other half got belt problems, sticking, jerking and VIBRATE like crazy!!! There is a sinking hole in the middle of the weight area AGAIN with maintenance signs for years. Cable machines jerk and are old beyond belief. REPLACE REPLACE REPLACE!! I will report hazardous injuries to BBB by next month if this is not resolved!!! Sickening!!
Worst LA fitness I've been to by far. Travel all over and always use them, but never coming to this one again. Everything is old, weights are everywhere, staff is worthless.

Old Bally's - never updated. Weights, bags, & trash everywhere. Clientele is mixed, but mostly below average courtesy. Lots of loud foul-mouthed weakling weight bangers. As one person described it, "it's the closest you'll get to a jail house gym."

I've been coming here for years, and I've seen this place diminish in quality over the years. The gym is always dirty, the equipment is old and seems to break down every other week. The bathrooms always smell terrible and the fountains always dispense hot water. The temperature of the gym is always hot and muggy, we're here to workout and sweat why is it always so hot and uncomfortable. Not to mention they've had a huge section in the free weights section blocked off for months now

This is one of the worst gyms they need to update their equipment and clean better the locker room is horrible
I just think that they are good but i wish they had a pool.
The location is convenient with great parking. The facility is clean. The training staff is great. I enjoyed being trained by Anthony and Frank.
This might be the worst la fitness in existence. Oh where to start? First is tiny and misshaped for an la fitness. It's dirty. There's no sinks in the restroom to wash your hands. Filled with juice heads who do their weight. If it's too heavy to set down normally, you shouldn't be lifting it. No juice bar. They have a boxing ring though and a cute front desk girl. Plus there's no 30 pound dumb bells they go from 20 to 35. Odd. Also just found warn water from the fountains with no water pressure. And no hand sanitizer.
Been going here for about 6 months and have never had an issue. Don't expect it to be like a suburban LA Fitness with all the extra amenities (pool, racket ball courts, etc.) - but it makes up for it in character. Lot of regulars go here and everyone is friendly. They also recently added more staff and a new power rack.
La Fitness is a good place to excercise and dance to music. With their high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi you can listen to radios and music videos without a skip. Getting a membership is easy as 1, 2, 3! Just sign in whenever you walk in and you go in and just workout.
