BEWARE
I wish had read the reviews but please note that the owner Bob is going to trap you into signing up for an auto-renew membership and will continue to charge you even if you send multiple emails requesting to cancel and refund any fees.
They will claim that this is included in our terms and agreements when signing up, but seriously - which subscription service in this day and age refuses to let you cancel and keeps charging you when you upon multiple requests?
Any organization that has faith in the services they sell will not have to resort to such techniques to get money from their customers. Just let your customers go when they say so and stop charging them money!!
I love their ashtanga instructor and the practice was great. The space is very nice and most importantly they have a shower. So if schedule allows I could there before work. Overall it's a great yoga studio and I am hoping to practice there regularly.
One thing they could improve is to have more late afternoon yoga class during the week day (e.g., 4:30 class) so it will work for people who needs to be home earlier (e.g., put their kids to bed, cook). There are a lot of people like that in west Philly!!
Great spot overall. Flexible class schedule and knowledgeable teachers. Will be back!
Buyer Beware! I am trying to find the "right" yoga studio for me. I tried a 1 month membership through groupon. I was forced into signing a contract. The day my renewal month was charged, I emailed to cancel the membership. The owner refused, even though I hadn't been there in over a week. Just know if you try it through Groupon, CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE IT AUTO RENEWS!
Absolutely amazing experience. The instructors are so helpful. They explain each position calmly and patiently. The studio is very warm and cozy. The bathrooms and showers are clean. I would highly recommend this studio.
My favorite yoga studio in Philadelphia!!! The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, diverse, and inspiring. The studio has great showers, fun pop-up classes and workshops, plenty of weekly classes, easy parking, the best price, and doesn't have a funky smell despite all the sweat that comes with this healing and rewarding form of yoga! 5 stars

i'm not sure what happened to this place (but i have an idea......). i went back for a class after not attending for about 6 months. let me start by saying the teacher i had was AWESOME, i was brand new to her class and she was fantastic. other than that, i can't believe how downhill it's gone. the class was SUPER crowded into a very small room. not sure why they aren't using the usual room. i rented a towel like i usually do, and it smelled HORRIBLE like it had sat in the washer for weeks, getting all musty and moldy. nasty. there weren't enough cold towels to go around for everyone in the class at the end - anyone who knows bikram knows that is something to majorly look forward to..... - so that was disappointing as well. with the over-crowded room, the towel situations, and the cost of the class still over $20/class, it was a major shock to see this studio that i used to attend regularly change so drastically.

They do cool workshops and I heard are looking to bring even more kinds of classes! Serves the need for actual Bikram (not just "hot") yoga in the city.
I had an amazing experience. The facility is extremely clean and the staff was warm and welcoming even though I was new to Bikram Yoga. My yoga instructor clearly had a ton of experience and was an awesome guy. Dont hesistate to check this place out!
