Jasmine was amazing! Took her couples class and she really lightened up the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend taking a class with her!

It was my first time practicing yoga. It was great, Jasmine was very gentle and tailored some movements that benefited us: shoulder pain, back pain, etc. After class i would feel great. Synergy by Jamine Yoga Classes is definately a class to go to.

I've been practicing Vinyasa yoga for over five years but never practiced partner yoga before until I tried it for the first time with Synergy by Jasmine. It was definitely a fun new experience for me. It taught me how to trust my partner on the mat and encourage my own confidence. Plus the moves are tremendously fun and playful!

It was our first time doing couples yoga and I must say that it was a very interesting and fun experience. We both felt relaxed and peaceful after it was over. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
