The gym was good today. I go twice a week. All the equipment I needed was working. The staff was polite.

Besides the fact that I cancelled my membership then rejoined just to find out I was still being charged for the first membership for 3 months I love this location,the staff are the best, so friendly and helpful in any way...they keep it clean literally lifting the equipment cleaning under it and all...they keep everything stocked locker rooms and bathrooms always clean but again most of all the customer service is EXCELLENT the staff make my day Everytime I come they are all so sweet ...oh I always say something about the initial sweaty smell when you first walk in which I know is normal because duh it's a gym with sweaty people, but I was so pleased to see the staff spraying air freshener around the gym in areas where people were not of course so they wouldn't spray someone in the face lol

My favorite gym! It's s close to my house, very convenient walking distance. The employees are, friendly, warm welcoming, always smiling, helpful, pleasant , very respectful...Overall full of energy, its contagious. The team give out encouraging words, tell me to keep pushing every time I enter the premises and to keep my GOALS number one priority. ALWAYS a clean environment! No matter what time I enter I always feel safe my life is protected and employees walk around and make sure that everyone is doing okay assist me with the machine if I'm having a problem encouraged me to Branch out to other machines in the gym try new things while I'm there.. I appreciate, ur businesses (Planet fitness black card member) Benefits & unlimited location access.

You cannot beat this place for the price. They got new equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable. It is crowded at the beginning of the year but it has been a lot quieter since.

This place is clean and friendly. Everything you would expect from a PF in a major city. The water in the fountain is never cold though.

This particular planet fitness is too small compared to the regular ones and lacks many amneties as well as the equipments. There is no special 30 min workout area and the perks for black card holder is also less. However the staffs are friendly and the place is neatly maintained. There are many free training classes going on throughout the week.
Parking: There is ample free parking spaces even during busy hours.

This is one of the worst planet fitness locations I have been to.
It's very small and outdated
There's not enough equipment
There's not enough air circulation so I feel like I can't breathe especially when it gets crowded.
The bathroom locker area is small and the bathroom is never clean

I didn't like this location it was too small and didn't have enough machines. It was literally 1 of each certain machine so u have to wait for someone to finish.

Why are we treated differently??? I attend Many different planet fitness in MD, DE and various locations in PA and the 52nd street location, which is use primarily by African American members, is the ONLY location that does not have a bench in the PRIVATE changing rooms. Members will have to stand and put their clothes and bags on the dirty, wet floor after taking their showers. I spoke to management and I was told that Planet Fitness will be purchasing the building next door and will then add benches. Members should not have to wait for you to purchase a new building, tear down and rebuild in order to have a clean dry place to put their clothes after their shower. There Is not even a hook to hang clothes. Shame on you! POOR management....

I am totally dissatisfied with this location when you try to cancel your membership they don't put your paperwork through and they still charge your credit card and tell you that it is nothing that they can do but put in another request. I have put in the request to cancel my membership 3 times already and I'm tired of going up there to put in this request and the headquarters is not doing anything. I don't recommend this gym; if you want to go to another gym you should definitely try something other than Planet Fitness!

This location is disorganized and the staff rude. When attempted to cancel my membership they "forgot" to file the paperwork. There is a lot of members and staff that push herbal-life as well which makes for an unwelcome atmosphere

Personally I really like this place I don't know what everyone else is talking about. Its not dirty yes its small but its not that small. People are nice and they do smile. I'll recommend this place to anyone .
