This planet fitness location is great! The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. They let me know about upcoming events and exciting things they are doing at their location. The trainer there was very attentive during our time.

I love this gym!! I work out six days a week around 4 AM, doing my signature dance moves on a treadmill. Check me out Google, I'm on FB and IG.

The worst customer service. Since most Planet fitness are privately/ franchised out owned, they make their own rules. They also make it hard to pay your bill except by coming to the specific gym you use. The web site is a joke, not very useful. I will be going to LA fitness or a people friendly gym

Nice building temperature. Clean. Never have to wait for machines. And they have the bonus center with the ropes, pull up bars and jumping pad.

Great! Good place to work out at. Chair massagers are awesome. The best part is that it 's open 24 hours a day. Love it!

Clean place...Nice and quiet... Good for my afternoon workout.. Not my home PF but i like it.. Im always on the road so this PF is nice

This gym is not the worst but if you come from 12am to 5am good luck getting any help. The new manager fired one guy for constantly sleeping on the job but you still have at least 1 that is always in the massage chair or on his phone at the desk. He is so involved in his phone that he does not see you standing at the desk.
Yesterday, I got the pleasure of getting into the tanning bed after taking off all my clothes and shoes, hit the button and nothing. Whoops! No note for the people coming on that the standup tanning bed does not work. The clock on the wall has needed a battery for 3 days now. The staff are poorly trained and half of them still cannot set the timer on the hydro-massage. I was half way through a session when you guessed it, cut off by the associate trying to set the other bed for someone else. (×3 times) They will tell you they have not been trained properly.
Today was the last straw as they let some very scary guy with a briefcase stand in the stall and do who knows what. He definitely was not a member. When I asked the one super lazy massage chair guy, he went in and said looks like he was sitting on the toilet. He was going through the showers getting soapy water in a water bottle. From the soap and water on the floor it was obvious he was taking a bath. It is 4:03 am and I have been here for over an hour and the guy is still in the stall.
My membership is canceled.

Edit: Was contacted under an hour of sending an email and everything was resolved.
This franchise took my money! Before signing on with the Black Card plan, I made sure that I would not have to pay the club maintenance fee by cancelling before the beginning of that billing cycle. The sales associate assured me that this was how it works. When the time neared, I canceled my membership with PF and I double checked with the associate if I will be charged anymore and he said no I will not be charged anymore. A few days later, I get a charge for the club maintenance fee. And then another week and a half later, I got charged for another month of membership. This would not have happened if I was not told FALSE INFORMATION from 2 separate associates. How much misinformation can one franchise give?

Clean gym. One employee was nosy. He ask me why I left so fast. I was there for 10 mins. I thought it was inappropriate to ask why I left so fast.

A good gym for the money. I pay 10 dollars a month to use the machines. If you like a large variety of training classes, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, boxing ring, or even a scale to weight yourself, this is not the gym for you.

This is my local gym, so I tend to take it for granted. It also tends to be the point from where I compare from. This location does not have the Hammer Strength equipment that some locations have. The men's locker room could be better lit. The workout area itself is wide open and laid out quite well. The natural lighting during the day is inspirational. The staff is always friendly. The locker rooms and stalls are always clean as well.

This place is beyond amazing! I made it official to work out almost every day and every week and every month. Planet Fitness is the best! Helpful & friendly staff they'll help and support anything you're trying to succeed at in the gym. A+ this place gets Outstanding.

I really like PF. The employees are beyond excellent and extremely helpful. What I don't like are those people who don't follow the rules. They remain in the circuit areas (12min abs and the 30 min wo) just sitting on the same equipment and using their phones. What's the purpose of having those areas if people are just sitting at the equipment, using their phones and others are not able to get their full workout.
SOLUTION: The employees should observe by walking around to make sure people are following the rules.
