Jerry is a terrific trainer to work with. He varies workouts so it is constantly challenging, pushing you to levels you did not think you could reach, but giving you the guidance to do it safely. He is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, and consistently provides just the stretch needed to overcome discomfort. He is relentlessly positive and encouraging, and makes workouts that are truly customized for your abilities. I highly recommend him!
Jerry's boot camp on the Cynwyd trail is a badass way to start the day! Rain or shine _ he's out there with enthusiasm and individualized coaching tips to help everyone make the make of our workouts. First-timers or veteran athletes get a great sweat and stretch. Highly recommend. As Jerry likes to say "You could be here!"
I started going to boot camp earlier this summer and have become hooked. Jerry has a great way of making the early morning workouts engaging and intense! I continue to come back every week and the results have been amazing - my endurance, muscle tone and speed have all improved dramatically! I can't wait to try out some TRX classes this winter, too.

I met Jerry through his Boot Camps on the Cynwyd Heritage Trail. Because of how awesome I felt after the boot camps, I started doing a weekly 30 minute personal training session at his gym. I feel so much more capable and strong after starting all this with him. Jerry is incredibly motivating and quickly assessed what areas need to be addressed. So happy I took the initiative to go to boot camp!

Working out is not my favorite thing... Frankly, I'm not a fan of running unless someone is chasing me with a knife. HOWEVER- Jerry finds a way to keep it fun, keep me motivated and (miraculously) keep me getting out of bed at the crack of dawn twice a week to work out before my family wakes up.... He's got some kind of workout voodoo happening, but since my clothing size keeps dropping and my energy level is steadily rising... I'm just going to go with it. As Jerry likes to say: Keep Good Company!

Jerry keeps things fun, exciting and very challenging throughout the workout! He can customize workouts based on injuries or physical limitations and still keep you challenged. One thing that makes Jerry unique is that he'll also work with you on any mental or emotional limitations that may be holding you back from success.
