Every instructor is excellent at Shala. I have taken yoga classes throughout the country for the last 15 years. Yoga Shala classes are my favorite. Each teacher has their own unique style, is knowledgeable and professional. I walk out of each class feeling I have worked my body and my mind.

Every class I have taken here has left me feeling energized and calm at the same time. The teachers are amazing, no class is the same , and they really know about your body and alignment. One of the best studios I have been to

Excellent class in a peaceful, warm setting. Google Maps had the location wrong; I tried to fix it. The studio is on the same side of Montgomery as Advocare Pediatrics (formerly the Albrecht Building).There is plenty of parking behind.
