All of the positive physical and mental changes were all thanks to Mr. Pope. Mr. Pope is probably one of the greatest teachers for not just in martial arts, but in life as well. He really cares for everyone to be their best and that's why he's one of the best teachers. That's why I recommend anyone to have Mr. Pope as a teacher.

Since my daughter joined Mr. Pope's karate Institute, she was a quiet and shy person. I must say, after being a part of the "Pope family," she has done a 180. She is almost out of her shell with much improvement. We signed her up for a year but she has made tremendous progress within 7 months thanks to Mr. Pope and his hands on team. My daughter continues to show much improvement and I'm sure she'll do a complete 360 by the end of her Year. Pope and his team provides hands on training to everyone and pays much attention to the parents making them feel welcomed as well. This is a great school, glad we made the choice to join.

They are very nice and encouraging people. Highly recommended. My girls have gone for years and truly love going. They have learned to protect themselves and gain confidence.

Been there since July I'm a orange belt about to be an green belt.p.s sparing and self-defense amazing.
I first came across this school when I was a little kid, now I am a young man who is proud to be a black belt and to be part of this school. I use to be a really shy kid, now I feel really proud and strong about myself thanks to Mr. Pope. Mr. Pope not only changed me physically but he also helped me change mentally. He also helped me find the love of teaching and helping others too. I highly recommend this school to everyone because not only does Mr. Pope teaches the best things, but the atmosphere will help you fit in.
They care about their students and are engaged on all levels to help grow and develop each individual. The instructors are patient and dedicated to each class. This studio is friendly and welcomes all skill levels:)

It shows in his well thought out and amazingly effective martial arts system.
The atmosphere at the school is friendly and fun and I enjoy the camaraderie, the exercise, and the endless challenge of constantly improving my martial arts skills. I appreciate how well-rounded the school is, such that I can delve into traditional forms, point sparring, REAL self defense (not the wishful thinking some schools teach!), and kickboxing. The skilled instructors and my fellow students all offer me both advice and friendly competition that pushes me to improve my skills and my physicality.
I could go on praising both the school and Mr. Pope himself, but I will let my 10 years of attendance (with no plans to stop!) speak for itself to vouch for how valuable I find the experience to be. I'd recommend it as the perfect place for kids and adults.

Daniel pope has known me since a girl. He is truly a great role model and a great teacher. Hes taught me respect and humility and i wouldnt know half the stuff i know today if it wasnt for him. He taught me self defense and fighting skills that have helped me in life. His classes are amazing and informative and i myself teach classes
