At 50, I hadn't been regularly exercising when Kayla came to a Health Fair held where I work last year. I really enjoyed her sample Zumba class and became a drop in with a coworker once a week at Fitness U. Then the Pound class started with Kris earlier this year and I was so intrigued that I became a drop in for that as well. So I got a membership. I love the great workout I get from each class and how well Kayla and Kris lead their classes. I really enjoy exercising in a friendly atmosphere where I'm not made to feel self conscious. I know I'll be trying out the equipment eventually but, for now, I'm really loving the classes and I tell my friends and coworkers just how much! Maybe more of them will come sometime.
