NSP is an important part of Harrisburg and a special place to me. There's something for everyone. I always leave feeling better than when I went in, and I've made plenty of friends.
HIIT is the name of the game, and the trainer will adjust moves to challenge you individually and meet your skill level.

I trained with Ivan when he worked in D.C.
In short, Ivan basically changed my entire view on working out. I used to hate it. Now I love it. And I'm in great shape (thanks Ivan) to boot.

Great, high-intensity workout! Ivan has tons of energy and is a great motivator! Equipment is top notch and facility is a good size for small classes.

Took my first class with a friend on Monday and had a fantastic workout! Ivan is a great instructor, super positive and very motivating. Looking forward to going back soon.
