I would give them a 0 star but I'm not sure if it's possible! DO NOT GO HERE. I was with them for a year, at the year renewal I called back and told them I can not make it in, but they do not have permission to charge my card and they should not do it. They charged the card anyway and did for the next 5 months. They are very hard to work with as well and still will not cancel the membership. I am hoping they will work things out with me or I will be forced to take action.

When there for about a Yr, random times, machines were ok, when something brakes it takes months to get fix, I cancelled my ACC# Still getting charge with montly fees 10.00 bucks and a 39.00 dollar that no
one know were it comes from continuesly when I had cancel and sign it months ago,Management is the worse, never get any issue resolve and they will continue to CHARGE YOU!!
The gym was decent. Management sucks. They had me sign electronically for cancellation I wanted and never gave me documents of proof. Then dont even have emails showing i was even a member. Then 4 months later had to cancel again and pay late charges of 120.00. This HAPPENED Today. Bad business processes so bad gym. I recommend no one go here. La Fitness is the place. I had membership at all three, Planet Fitness , La Fitness and Max Fitness. I quit max then had to quit again and paid triple the amount of money to cancel back to back. I think it's fraud. They deserve no stars. Worse gym to go to if you want to go and one day quit down the line. I signed electronically and quit with no paperwork 4 months ago and today to make last payment cause they charge you a month after u quit and today they say 160.00. Not even on computer that I quit 4 months ago. shady place man. Glad i paid and I'm a unhappy customer and will never go back
Joe was the first person I met at this gym and he is the best! He is the only person who will personally greet you at the door and say, "have a great workout!" with a smile on his face. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best for them. You can tell he loves what he does and has a passion for it. Go Joe!!!!!
This gym is ok. It's a good size gym which has a movie room, tanning and personal training. They also have shakes for extra energy or a boost. I rated this a for 3 stars because it takes long for them to fix broken equipment which is necessary to reach your weight lost goal. Other than that it's a simple gym.
I am always greeted with a good morning and a smile from the awesome spanish girl at the front desk. The gym is always clean and stocked up on supplies since she started working at Maxx. She makes the environment more pleasant. She is an asset to the company!!!!
Only reason I come to this location is due to the staff. The gym is in ok shape can use some TlC but to walk in and get motivated by the morning Spanish girl. She is very positive and helpful. They need more of her working there
