Love this gym, big, spacey tons of machines to use. Friendly staff, very clean and great trainers. I love my trainer Dana she's the best, she has helped me so much for the past 2 months we been training together. She's such a sweetheart who keeps me focused our sessions are fun and intense. I'm glad she's my trainer :)

I love this gym. It's never too packed and you can get a great workout in with all of the state of the art equipment. The only thing missing is a pool.
