Went for a tour done by a sales manager I believe. Gym has a lot to offer from there equipment to basketball courts, pools, hot tub, and sauna. They also have a kid zone for children 3 months and up for 2 hour max limit between certain times for 10 dollars month on top of membership but they don't feed or change the child if young enough. Everyone there seemed very friendly and inviting. Looking to see how this gym will be. They offer memberships based off downpayment first.
Went here for a physical test for my new job. The building and environment are awesome. People were really nice. Equipment seem great and updated. People facilitating the test were professional and kind and understanding. Would love to have this as my workout gym.

When my girlfriend and I walked into LA Fitness for the first time, we had no appointment and no expectations. However, we were immediately greeted by a sales representative named George. He offered to give us a tour. In addition to being extremely friendly and informative, he was also very honest and straightforward about his own experience as a member of LA Fitness, as well as experiences at other fitness clubs in the surrounding area. After showing us every corner of the club, we signed up to become members. After already going to the gym a few times, we can confidently say that we are still very happy with our decision! I would definitely recommend LA Fitness to anyone who is looking for a quality fitness club.
Great facility, friendly staff, affordable pricing for all included amenities (especially compared to area competitors). Marius Dewer (master personal trainer) is so great at what he does! Highly recommend for those in Allentown area
I love this place. Friendly and helpful workers, very clean environment and affordable.
When you go to sign up they offer you the sky, "cancel anytime" , they make you pay last month and still charge you for last month. I went to claim it and they told me they will refund me as a courtesy ha! BE AWARE. The kids club, if you have a little kid I dont recommend it, my daughter got lost in the gym because they didnt notice she got out of the daycare until I went to pick her up.

Can get pretty busy in the afternoons, but the mornings are much less crowded. Equipment is usually all working, and everything is always clean. Only real complaints are that some lockers need some repairs, and no staff enforces anyone putting weights back where they belong

Great gym. Google nav tries to take a crazy way if you are coming off 22 west, just go straigh through the light and its on your right. Don't go right at the light and do the 8 extra turns that google suggests.. I think it doesnt realize there is a second entrance.

This place is Awesome. I literally drive 1 hour cause it's way cleaner, bigger , and fits my needs. Would of gave it 5 stars but if I have one complaint, it's the maintenance of the Jacuzzi. Was nasty grime building on walls. Would not recommend sitting or laying up against the wall. Besides that, seriously, awesome gym.

Just as I was about to get a membership here, I come out from the store to find someplace placed on my windshield which usually is okay however not when you break my wiper! Contacted the company to speak with managers, nobody wants to do anything or return any calls. Thought this was a good gym but I will never deal with them again after this.

My kids and I love it. Clean and friendly .ample space, lots of different things to work with.
Great place to workout. There's never any competition with anyone. Everybody is doing their own thing.
Been routinely going to this gym for 6 months and it is consistently dirty. Wads of hair in the showers, green hot tub, and dust on top of the shower partitions. I've seen an unannounced MALE in the woman's locker room on more than a few occasions. If someone wants a clean and professional facility join me at Steel Fitness.
My fav gym could improve on things, but my workout is always great. Staff is cool I enjoy working out here.
I enjoy the people there. I look forward to working out just to see my friends. I've made a lot of connections with good people from all different backgrounds. Plenty of activities from Racquetball, Basketball, Swimming to keep active.
This LA fitness is very bad for customers that wanna play basketball they do not advertise valley on the online websites it also not in the schedule. They have fun taking people in the community money who like to play ball they charge the valley ball players under the table and kick out the people who there to play ball I say use the racket ball court our give me my money back

Stay away stay away. 2 years ago or 3 I started going there for the hot tub .two months after being a member the hot tub was down for months at a time. When I asked the staff they would be mean and belittling. I called the manager he told me there was a structural problem and it would be up and running in a month he would refund some of my money if it wasn't up and running he would let me out of my contract. 2 months later it was still not running he then went back on his word took back the refund would not let me out of my contract screamed and cursed at me and fought me all the way. Discover credit card disputed the amount several times .several times and Then they would appeal then I would win and they would appeal. Finally discover got so tired of fighting them they paid me to drop it. Two years later discover still dealing with them. They said that I was wrong because they gave me an option to drive to the other club 30 minutes away. These people are mean they lie and they scream stay away.
One of the best fithess centers in the area. There is a juice bar, cycle room, large class fitness room with 6 heavy bags, three racket ball courts, basketball court, saunas, lap pool, and a whirlpool. Add lots of good equipment that is maintained and the place is keep fairly clean.
Great gym with lots of well kept equipment. Also has a pool, sauna, and juice bar. They have child care available as well. Staff is great and there are trainers if you want/need them.
The gym itself I think is wonderful. The DAYCARE on the other hand I wish I could say the same. I've never had an issue in the morning with the daycare but the people who work the evening are ridiculous. I honestly don't even feel safe leaving my child there and have stopped using the daycare because of it. There are 2-3 daycare employees in the evening, ALL OF WHOM sat with their backs to the kids on their phones. I saw this personally too many times to count just waking by the daycare even when my child wasn't there. On the first day I went to pick my child up after a workout there was a BABY (seriously couldn't have been more than 18 months old) crawling on the counter! All while 3 adults stared at their phones. I find it absolutely frightening that the people who are being payed to watch these children have their faces plastered in a phone and their backs to the kids. At least looking in the direction of these kids would be nice. I absolutely would not recommend anyone leave their child at this daycare center ever.
The hole is too crowded often times no room to change in locker room... Then goofs bend over and stick their ass in your face. Sauna smells too crowded. Pool gets so dirty it is often closed. Hear that elderly go in with diapers. Showers no water pressure... People often hog equipment just sitting on it... Then on top of it... No free equipment. In sauna ppl try to spread their illnesses. Ppl throw garbage around. Most ppl are rude. Also ppl go from sauna directly to pool and hot tub.

I also wish they'd do more for the shower area. Its not up to par and could use more cleaning throughout the day, especially in the mornings.
