This place was recommended by a friend & I actually met the manager at a party. Went on their website & filled out info to request newsletter...Never got it. Called maybe 4 or 5 times...Got a live person twice. Left messages...Calls never returned. One person said have to have notice for classes...Other person said just stop in. Don't recommend this company...Poor customer service...Seem disorganized.

Love this yoga studio. Mindful instructors, peaceful setting, and a wonderful group of practitioners create a space filled with joy, peace and tranquility.

I've been practicing at this studio for over two years. From my very first yoga class to where I am now, the instructors and fellow students have been positive and supportive. I have experienced marked improvements in my balance, flexibility, and general well-being, all of which have benefitted other aspects of my life. Great environment, great people.

I was visiting the Allentown area and checked this out on a Sunday morning. I LOVED tho studio. It was so welcoming, both the clients and especially the teachers. Everything was laid back and relaxed and wonderful.
The class was just the right balance of relaxing and challenging.
Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.
