The staff here are awesome, they made me feel so comfortable my first visit and were very encouraging. I did their beginners class, loved and then moved to regular classes. All the coaches are very skilled and have really helped me to get in better shape. All ages, shapes and fitness levels can excel here!

I have worked out at CrossFit Intensify for over four years. I love the coaching and the friendly atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging to me and I am motivated to do my very best. The CrossFit phrase, "life changing fitness" isn't just a slogan. It really has been life changing for me. I can do things that I would have never thought possible...like climb a rope! It makes activities in my daily life better too because of my overall fitness and strength. I love the group atmosphere and yet the flexibility to have a workout that is tailored to my strength and ability with the help of the coaches. I highly recommend CrossFit Intensify. Greatest place to work out ever!

INCREDIBLE!!! I am 48 and love, love, love CrossFit Intensify. The feeling of family and the encouraging coaches are unbeatable. I have been coming here for over a year and the change is amazing. I have lost more than an inch in my waist, lost 10 pounds of fat and feel great!! I am thrilled with the supportive atmosphere that encourages me to keep going.
