It's good if you want to work out at a basic, no frills gym at a reasonable price.

So I've been coming to this gym for a while and I've encountered miguel several times and he is aggressive and unpleasant! He's rude to customers...interrupts you while your speaking and is inattentive to your needs his tone is very rude and he does not make me.feel welcome.at all as soon as able to cancel I am.doing so i would rather pay a few dollars more to go somewhere else than be treated as though he's foing me a favor by allowing me to pay to work.out there!

Awesome Gym, Hydro massage beds, tanning beds, massage beds and so much more....excellent value for all the amenities. 24 hours open also makes very convenient.

Outstanding value!! This is the best gym I have tried. While it caters to inexperienced exercisers (30 minute circuit training room using timed lights to let you know it is time to move to next numbered station, weight machines in general workout room is organized to let you simply go thru each machine in line to get full body workout, free training and classes, free to have a trainer design a customized workout plan for free, friendly staff that emphasizes not judging, etc), the club is also excellent for more experienced exercisers. The club is open 24 hours per day, so great for any schedule. Good variety of equipment. All this for only 10 dollars per month!! If you want more, get the 21.95 membership for free and unlimited massage chairs, hydromassage beds, tanning, etc. I left clubhouse fitness here in town (which charges over 60 dollars per month) and am VERY happy with Planet Fitness.

I love the 30 minute work out they have. And after working out I really enjoyed massage chair. The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole gym is clean.

Could use more of a weight training area but it's a planet fitness so expect a lot of treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. Facility is usually pretty clean.

The staff are very helpful when providing advice. Everyone working in the gym appears to be in good spirits and keeps the gym looking clean. The gym has slow times during the day which make it easier to workout. The massage chairs and tanning beds are by far my favorite way to end a great workout.

It's a great Jim has a lot of different equipment. Also if your I believe it's a black card member you get unlimited tanning massages classes for just a really low price. Actually a price that you can't beat. I would like to see them expand and possibly get a pool in. Also if you can get Wi-Fi that would be fantastic cuz for some reason I get very crappy cell phone service in the building. Other that great staff, great equipment, all around great place.

Love this gym. Staff are extremely friendly, place is well maintained and clean. Some employees will even welcome be by name and wish me a good workout. The price per month is very competitive. I never have to wait for a treadmill or weight machine

Cool spot. Can get very crowded. I think the free weights being front and center at the entrance is weird. There's only 1 pull up/ dip station which you can never get to. If you need a treadmill, an elliptical or a step climber this is your gym. If you're into free weights and such it's hit or miss.

Stopped in to snag a shower. Edith, at the front desk, was super helpful and friendly. Since it was my first time in, she walked me through to show where the locker room was. Above and beyond!
Facilities were super clean. Glad I chose to be a PF member!

It's ridiculous with gyms do. Haven't been able to go to the gym for 3 months because of Disability. So I called to cancel my membership. Which they charge me for the last 3 months plus the yearly membership fee plus the discontinuing fee which I asked them if they could not charge me. They can't do that,, wow!!.
So they made a $150 on a disabled person on and very Limited income. This is ridiculous you guys should search the change your policy and make it more convenient for people. And on top of that. They man mistake with my checking in rounding Number on my account. So they decide to take my payments are the credit card we used for the dollar fee. Seriously it's all about the money where's the humanity and compassion For disable veteran.

They Insist on having checking account routing numbers. NEVER give this out. It offers no protection to you against unauthorized withdrawls. Debit cards offer you protection. They took a debit card number from me but I had to insist I would never give Bank information out. Protect yourself and give debit card only!!!!!! Read horror stories online. Policies are designed to collect extra money from people from their middle of the month charges for the next month to the annual fee that is non-refundable even if you cancel 2 weeks before renewal. Their policies suck and will bite you of you don't follow to the T.

I was in middle of my workout when today a staff member came up to me and rudly told me that she couldn't have me throwing the weights when i had just started working out. I was not even aware that I was doing that. I think i was tired and set them down hard and honestly i don't even recall throwing anything. Either way she embarresed me in front of ppl, inturopted my workout just so she can tell me something in a bad attitude. #BadCustomerService.

Compared to my last planet fitness in Michigan they were mostly the same but I loved that I didn't have to bring my own lock to the gym. They have combination lockers.

Great staff, cheap service, usually crowded. Great if you want to workout with weights in the middle of the night or workday. If you intend to lift right after work or right after dinner (5-6PM & 8-11PM respectively) you are going to have to use the machines. They offer fitness classes as well. I haven't taken them and don't have an opinion on them yet.
