It's a good place but the staff doesn't help, they are always busy in the computer or doing something else.

Update: After cancelling my membership early on... I came back a week later and have happily been a member for months. As it turns out, the limiting factor in my fitness level isn't having a squat rack; it's actually going to the gym, and this place is conducive to making me want to go.

Pros: It's super cheap, and the tanning beds are level 3s (stand-up and lay down options). Those alone are worth the cost of a membership for anyone who goes twice a month... especially if you bring a guest (which you can for free, with the black card). The equipment is fairly new, the gym is cleaner than most, and the staff is all very helpful and friendly.

Cons: No squat racks, bench presses, preacher curl station, etc., and a bunch of cheesy stuff written on the walls like "you belong" and "judgement free zone" that make it hard to take the place seriously. They have a ton of TVs, but every single one faces the cardio section (which is the majority of the gym), so there's no way to keep up on football games while getting a Sunday lift in.

This place is largely kept clean and has adequate staffing. My only complaint is that for the three months I went to this location there were several drip buckets to collect numerous leaks coming from the overhead plumbing. Also, for at least a month the drinking fountains and bottle refill station was out of order. Though they did provide a refillable water container with disposable cups.

I really enjoy this gym very much. There is always equipment available when I am there. The only problem I have had was today. I was scheduled for a water massage table and the person in front of me wouldn't end their session so I ended up having to leave without getting my appointment. I was a bit disappointed that the staff didn't ask the other member to end their session and return so that those is us that were waiting could take our turns. I even mentioned that it was past my time to the staff member and they said they were still waiting for a chair a tag to come back.

Great looking and clean looking and all the equipment runs smooth. If you are looking for a good gym come here. Don't waste your time at international Fitness.

I love this gyms affordability, large scale, and working out with friends. The issues with the gym are based on those trying to work out with free weights. Ex: No free standing bench presses or stations for deadlifts, cleans, or bench press with a bar that moves freely.

Nice laid back gym. The staff is amazing. They are all super friendly and helpful.

Out of town and was willing to purchase a guest pass. They said I could but was not welcome to take the group classes? Why would i be denied that if there is space? Then the cheesy guy told me if I bought a membership for a month then cancelled it, I could take a class. No thanks. I went to Superior Gym and they were more than happy to sell me a guest pass and also let me join a group class.

Comfortable place to workout. No judgments. People on every level of fitness. Staff and clientele are nice. Great variety of equipment, treadmills, stairstepers, machines, freeweights, circuits, and more.

Perfect place to work out without being judged and starred at. Nice atmosphere to concentrate on routine workout, Great machines and weights. Nice locker rooms, clean and sanitary. I love it!

Good gym for people that just want a good workout. Not the best place for true weight lifting. Not a large selection of free weights, no bench presses or squat racks. Still a great place for someone just keeping a good amount of exercise in their life.

I just started going to the gym and I love this place. It's clean, welcoming and the over all workout options are amazing. I have lost 13 pounds since coming here early this week. I'm going to keep coming back to better myself.

Great gym if you don't have kids. Cheap at 10 bucks per month, but you get what.you pay for. There is gym equipment and plenty of it. All the equipment can handle bigger people. I am 6' 3" and a big guy. I have never worried that I would break anything. The colors are purple and.yellow, so understand that it is an assault on your eyeballs. You get used to it though. There is no child watch and limited extras compared to other gyms. There is no pool, sauna, or hot tub. On the other hand, you are really not paying for it either. Staff is friendly and they take their no exercise intimidation policy seriously.

I love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can't beat the price with the amenities included with the black card. You can get unlimited tanning, hydro massages, personal trainiing, classes, and total body enhancement, all for $20 a month! No joining fee with the black card, and a $5 for the basic membership. I love my new gym!

Brand New Gym opened up in 2018. All new machines and free weights. Treadmills, bikes and elliptical machines. Tan rooms and my favorite Hydro message lounges and beds. No pool bathrooms are large and clean.

Really like the cleanliness, customer service and the price. They do not have a pool or basketball court. Not Superior fitness. I can overlook the few shortcomings for only $10 a month.

Hard to get someone on the phone at times. Very clean gym. Really enjoy the huge TV's to catch up on news while working out. Personal trainer, Josh, is an awesome, approachable guy. No judgement accurately describes the atmosphere. Some staff could be more proactive in helping clients at the front desk. Oveall, I'd recommend this place. Much better than going to a " meat market" gym.

Helpful staff, friendly and the gym is really clean. Other gyns in this area don't really take pride in their facilities and keep them maintained like this gym does. They have everything that we need to work out without all the outrageous prices.

I've noticed that the staff take time to get to know their members and are genuinely interested in providing the best service possible.

Definitely check them out.

I saw a comment about the gym only being open weird hours. It's not true - their hours are clearly posted by the doors for any jackass to read. 24 hours 5 days a week and the weekends are different. Maybe these people should fact check before posting.

I have been a member of Superior, Anytime, Cross-fit....you name it. This gym is spacious and has enough equipment for everyone. I love the circuit training and I love how black card members receive free massage, body contouring, tanning and I get to bring my son for free until he is 16! There are some individuals who gave one star for the hours of operation and the staff. They may have been confused. This gym is staffed and open 24 hours a day starting Monday morning until late Friday. Saturday and Sunday have their own schedule. Way more helpful than Anytime Fitness and far more available helpful staff than Superior Fitness. The Planet Fitness staff are new to this so give them time to learn and grow. This is a great inexpensive way to work out, with no pressure. Go at least 5 times before judging.

Good size gym but the parking lot is frustrating as hell and their employees have no idea what they are doing. It takes forever to get checked in because all their employees are standing around avoiding eye contact. They have no designated check in order so everyone gets all bunched up by the door. They give "tours" at all hours, which just gets in the way of the people who actually paid to work out. Lastly they have absolutely no employees on the gym floor to show you how to properly use the equipment. Over all bad gym, save your $10, you'll thank me later.

Beautiful new facility with an almost endless stock of treadmills and other workout equipment. Staff is super helpful and friendly, offering different custom workout programs. Locker rooms are always clean, smell good, and not uncomfortable to be in. Also, cooler than some other gyms so that you don't sweat a complete lake while running.

It's a gym. It has lots of cardio equipment along with free weights and strength training machines. There are scheduled classes and a 30 minute circuit room. For Black Card members they have hydro massage, chair massage, tanning and total body enhancement machines. It's a great deal. Just look passed the pizza and bagels if you don't like those things.
