When I started with Amanda my goal was to become healthy and improve my balance and general fitness do I could succeed at retirement with an active lifestyle. She had helped me achieve that in classes that are welcoming yet progressively challenging. Amanda can adapt the exercises to accommodate your ability. The group is friendly and inspiring workout being intimidating.
Working with Kyle and adding weight training had improved my strength and that had impacted many areas of my life in a good way.
