They are a joke. The owner is stuck up! He picks what kind of people uses his gym. As in it doesn't matter you can pay he doesnt what disabled people using his gym.

It works. Like most are saying, the amount of equipment is super limited. There's not even a place to do some dips. Also, maybe it's just me, but it's freezing in there all the time. Takes me a solid 10 minutes of sprinting on the treadmill to break a sweat. I do like the lockers, the cleanliness and the people are friendly.

CONVENIENT!!!
Anytime Fitness in the downtown Lithia Commons building has been a convenient lunch time workout spot. Although it gets fairly busy at lunch, there are plenty of machines, bikes, and treadmills to jump on.
Some of the other amenities include a sauna, a water massage, and a stand up suntan booth at no extra charge, which almost makes the membership worth it in itself.
Staff is friendly and helpful and run several different classes through out the week.

Used to like this place a lot, but that's because it used to be a great place to work out. Now it's a battle between fitness studio type of stuff getting pushed down stairs becuase of classes. Not a great place to workout outside of a fitness class. And for the price it should be.

A very clean facility with a friendly staff. Very helpful in helping replace a lost key even though this is not my home gym.

Although its small and has limited amount of machines, the amenities offered through classes, tanning bed (extra fee), sauna (free with membership), and a recent update at the time of this post is a hydro massage bed (extra fee) certainly assuage that short coming to a point. On top of that staff Michelle and Ryan are great.

Amazing gym. Amazing people. If you're focusing on working out, this is your gym. If you're looking for a hangout spot, look elsewhere.

I like the staff and the fact that the equipment is always clean and up to date. I like the fact that only members can walk in since security is my priority. I like that it is always open for me 24 hours.

Definitely equipment now, more than any other Anytime I've been too, really nice place and clean clean. New nice machines and weights.
