I love this gym! They have awesome classes, clean facilities and the best gym atmosphere I've ever experienced. Both this little version and their main campus are well worth the membership dues, even if they are pricier than some of the local competition. Now get your booty out there and chase your goals!

East Gresham is awesome. It has a wonderful kids klub that I feel safe at to take my kids. Love the group fitness classes that are included in the membership. The staff is so welcoming
Clean facility. Everything works and smells good. Not usually crowded either. The classes are included too!

This location is not very crowded, even at peak times. It's generally very clean as well. There are few amenities but the price is right for this to be okay. The free weights and barbells are not high quality or well taken care of. The bearings in the bars aren't greased at all. And surprisingly there are too many plates hanging around, creating a lot of plate clutter. There aren't places for the plates/

I attended my first ever yoga class here a couple of days ago and had an absolute blast. I'm still a bit sore but that's my fault for going too hard haha. Cascade Athletic has given me a welcoming & friendly environment to work on my fitness goals.
My husband and I have been going to this club for over 1 year and love it. We go about 4 days a week. While it is an older club, the staff is very friendly, and it is comparable in price to other gyms nearby. The kids club is a great deal. Classes are fun. It is very laid back and doesn't have that 'stuffy gym-goers' feeling. Could not be more happy here! We don't need the extra amenities, just a great place to life weights and workout.
