Had my first zoom yoga class in my own home due to the virus. It was a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!
I bought a package and was unable to attend all classes within the allotted time, so I lost $100.00. Be weary of time restrictions with package purchase. I now attend another Yoga studio that offers package without constraints. The classes and instructors are very good.
I had seen a friend receive an Ionic Foot Bath in a different state and wanted to try it for myself. I googled such in Portland and apparently Epidavros is the only place that offers it. It didn't really matter because I had a good vibe about the place anyway. I was able to get in two days later and had an awesome experience with Vanessa! I had told her some health issues I was experiencing and she offered compassion and extra support. It was such a nourishing place to be and I would definitely return for any of the services offered! Thank you for offering your services and loving energy to the Portland community!
A hidden gem in Gresham. I started as a student here and loved the studio and instructors. I then decided to take my teacher training with them and now I am an instructor at the studio. This studio and wellness center offers so many options to help heal the body, mind and spirit. One of my favorite classes is aerial yoga, it is a fun, playful class and a great way to get in shape and stretch the spine.
Massage services, yoga classes, foot detox...all amazing! The staff is knowlageable and friendly and you can tell that they are genuinely interested in your health and well being. Pricing is very reasonable and when you schedule online you even get a reminder email when your class or service is coming up. The studio is warm and inviting, not cold and clinical like some places. Tara puts 110% into every aspect of her business and it shows!

There aren't many yoga choices in Gresham, but luckily epidavros has a fantastic group of instructors. Started w acupuncture and worked my way up to yoga. This is definely a community based studio. Yoga Quilting retreats w tomme, holistic yoga and nutrition w yogi Nasser. Outstanding group of genuine practioners who span beginner to advanced with ease. I went to a hatha level 2 class w yogi Nasser , 2 is far beyond my flexibity, and class was still very inclusive despite my lack of ability. And again, the nutrition aspect offered here makes epidavros exceptional.
I come here for hatha & Ariel yoga, both have been wonderful and diverse experiences. Each teacher I've had has brought a lovely perspective. I don't go all the time but the pricing works for me. I'd like to check out their other offerings sometime.

I scheduled an appointment online with J for a massage for myself and another one with H for a friend. I had a gift certificate that needed to be used at one time and so we had planned these massages for the same time. The next day I received a message from J that a family emergency came up and she wanted to know if I would be ok with Richard. I replied that yes it was ok and that I appreciated her reaching out. The day before the appointment, i got a message from Richard, asking if we can move it to earlier as he had something he wanted to do it he afternoon. I was not able to move it to earlier but was willing to move it to later but we had to move both my and my friend's appointment. His reply was that they weren't able to do that so we'd have to keep it at the same time. (odd, but ok.) The day of the appointment I got a voicemail from yet a third person who said there would be an issue with my appointment from J as I'd signed up for two people and the other room was occupied. Thoroughly confused, I wrote back who I and my friend were seeing and asked if we just needed to cancel. This person asked for our names again and then wrote back that we were all set. You might think that was all that happened and wonder why I gave it a 2...well. My massage consisted of my back, the back of my neck and my left leg. Only. I've never had a massage that was only for one leg and no touch on my arms. My left leg felt great, by the way, but my right leg? not so much. I'm guessing an early comment by Richard that my left side was a bit higher was my clue, but that's not abnormal for me and no other masseuse has ignored my second leg. Afterwards, I was in a bit of shock and didn't ask questions of Richard right away and then, recall he had something personal to take care of, he left. I'm sure that the yoga is great, but I would steer you clear of any thoughts of massage.
$14 for one class?... or $60 for a punch card are the only options.
Prohibitively and unnecessarily expensive.
There is zero reason to not have drop in be by donation, or $5.... or something, anything realistic. It's a *tiny studio, and the instruction was nothing special, not even any guidance from the teacher other than positions, not really even teaching anything.
If it was an amazing place, it'd still be super expensive.
Excellent massage. Very professional staff. Thanks Jeanine! I will be back
Kelli is a fantastic yoga instructor. I felt I was in very capable hands. She's very knowledgable and an excellent communicater. Beautiful studio.
I'm normally a skeptic of alternative medicine but now I'm converted acupuncture enthusiast. I've had chronic fatigue and lower back pain since I was 18 and nothing has helped until I found Cameron Li, the acupuncturist at Epidavros. Cameron did cupping therapy on my back and I felt instantly better. I was amazed how great it felt. My pain level went down from 7/10 to 2/10. Because my back is feeling better, my energy level has gone up too. Now I'm doing yoga there to keep my back nice and loose. I haven't tried the massage therapists there but will soon after hearing good stuff about them.
