Usually not too busy. They do a good job of keeping the place clean. The equipment is usually fixed quickly and it's pretty rare that you need to wait for a machine

I found 3-46 Grit CrossFit back in 2014 as my introduction to CrossFit. As chiropractor and a strength coach myself, I've been nothing but impressed with what happens at Grit on a day to day to basis. The community and family feel of this gym is second to none and they always go above and beyond to make sure you get the most effective and safe workout. I love it here and I'm quick to tell my patients that they'll be in great hands when they come here.

Where do I start, 3-46Grit CrossFit is what I think about when I think of the perfect box. I started a 6 week challenge about a year and a half ago, and that is when I decided to quit a box that I had been going to for 4 years just to stay here. I knew this was the one! The coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and positive. I truly cannot say enough about them. The classes are made for all abilities. I love the family feeling I get every time I step inside. And the COACHES! Did I mention them, all 10 of them. They keep me coming back. I wish I would of found Grit 5 years ago..
