I love it! I've always worked out on my own and spent at least an hour at the gym every time and never felt as rewarded as I do in 15 minutes at Simply strong. Within my first few sessions I felt the difference and improvment.

The staff at Simply Strong is very professional. It has transformed my abiltiy to do the sports of love to do like golf, soccer & running. I would highly recommend Simply Strong if you want to get back to the activities that you don't do because of back pain.

This is the only weight lifting program I will stick with for a long period of time. Mainly because it works and I don't have to spend hours in the gym. After working with Ed for 5 years I took an extended time off. When I started finding it difficult to stand up from a full squat, I knew where I needed to go. Being weak makes me feel old while being strong make me feel and think "young". Thank you!
