I love it! I've always worked out on my own and spent at least an hour at the gym every time and never felt as rewarded as I do in 15 minutes at Simply strong. Within my first few sessions I felt the difference and improvment.
The staff at Simply Strong is very professional. It has transformed my abiltiy to do the sports of love to do like golf, soccer & running. I would highly recommend Simply Strong if you want to get back to the activities that you don't do because of back pain.
