I originally gave them a 5 star. Unfortunately, not now. We just cancelled. Back in September Danielle at the front desk was very rude to us and on an ongoing basis!! When we brought it up after she threw a fit because we asked if it's possible to turn the AC down a tad in the cardio room(it was at 95 degrees), that was the last straw for us and dealing with her nasty attitude. Chris said he would handle it, but didn't. When we went back in a few days later, Danielle snickered and said "well, your complaint didn't work". TOTALLY unprofessional!! We just ignored her from that point forward.
I tried to change our credit card on February 23rd of this year(received a new card). I emailed Chris with no response. I assumed that he took care of it. March 1st I see is an email stating that they tried to charge my old card. I emailed Chris again with no response. I had to call and cancel my card. Chris is supposed to be the membership director. Apparently he picks and chooses who he decides to help. Finally, the manager emailed and apologized. We heard nothing back so we cancelled.
There are too many gyms around now. We don't need to be treated like garbage and pay a premium price for it!!
To the managers response below. We did contact Chris regarding Danielle and nothing was done. She continued her attitude. Chris had 2 chances to respond to us and didn't. That's when you stepped in, which we appreciate, but shouldn't have happened, not twice. And it's just way too hot and stuffy up in the cardio room!! Especially during the Summer months. And to have no restroom inside the Fitness area is just ridiculous. There's plenty of room upstairs for one!!!
