I've been working with Colt for over five years now and have seen significant benefits in strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. His ability to group exercises together to focus on specific areas, while allowing for physical limitations is a key factor in my individual path to better fitness. I highly recommend!

I found Colt after a knee surgery. I had been doing physical therapy and felt that moving into personal training would best suit my needs. I rehabbed my knee and enjoyed working with him enough that I have continued to work with him. He has adapted my workouts over a few years to fit my current needs. Colt is easy to recommend as I enjoy his low key approach with positive results.

I began working with Colt about 4 years at age 67 and my wife began about 2 years ago. Colt is knowledgeable and developed an exercise program to assure we became more fit. He is likable, non judgmental and easy to work with.

I hate to work out and knew that I should but did not. We met colt about a year ago and he inspired us to work out 3 days a week and it really has changed my life. I move better, feel better, and I'm healthier. I thought about joining a gym but knew that I would pay a fee and never go. I have recommended him to numerous clients. Thanks

Arthritis no longer compromises my daily living. I've gained flexibility and strength with Colt's guidance and training. I can play golf, jog and even walk my dog! Spinal stenosis can bring you to your knees with pain. I said no more!! I said, can you help me Colt? I recommend that you give Colt an opportunity to work with you! He's changed my life, really!!

My job requires me to be physically fit, but as I grow older, this was becoming more difficult. I've been training with Colt for over 3 years now. I consider it a part of my health plan. He takes the time and effort to learn your limitations. He has helped me change my eating habits, get strong and I end up with much fewer injuries from my daily physical job. Thanks Colt, you ROCK

I've been training with Colt about a year. We both consider my first ten months a "warm up" because I didn't put my full heart, my full effort into it. Something "clicked" for me in November last year. My son visited and taught me a few things about eating healthy. (Thanks, Wid!) And I committed myself to digging in and putting my all into getting healthier, becoming more physically fit and increasing my endurance, stamina and daily energy. I've only had one fibromyalgia day since that time, too. It was much more frequent than that before this. I haven't missed a training (I did have to postpone to the following day 2 or 3 times since November, but I didn't miss) and I've been attending early morning boot camp. I do it because I'm committed. When you're retired (early) it would be VERY easy not to get up to be at a gut wrenching training at 6:30 in the morning. (That's gut wrenching for a 59 year old who's out of shape We laugh (when I can catch my breath...ha, ha!) and he encourages. He pushes, but not beyond my capabilities. I can't say enough good about Colt and 40+ Personal Training.
