I've been training with Colt about a year. We both consider my first ten months a "warm up" because I didn't put my full heart, my full effort into it. Something "clicked" for me in November last year. My son visited and taught me a few things about eating healthy. (Thanks, Wid!) And I committed myself to digging in and putting my all into getting healthier, becoming more physically fit and increasing my endurance, stamina and daily energy. I've only had one fibromyalgia day since that time, too. It was much more frequent than that before this. I haven't missed a training (I did have to postpone to the following day 2 or 3 times since November, but I didn't miss) and I've been attending early morning boot camp. I do it because I'm committed. When you're retired (early) it would be VERY easy not to get up to be at a gut wrenching training at 6:30 in the morning. (That's gut wrenching for a 59 year old who's out of shape We laugh (when I can catch my breath...ha, ha!) and he encourages. He pushes, but not beyond my capabilities. I can't say enough good about Colt and 40+ Personal Training.
