Lane5 is the best crossft gym in and around Eugene. The team of coaches are very knowledgeable about crossfit, as well as the overall health and wellness of their members. It's a unique and special community of people! If you're looking for a new gym or are interested in jump starting your fitness and health routine, you can't go wrong with this place. Classes are offered throughout the day (and Saturday) to fit any schedule.
Lane 5 is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been to. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is excellent, and the facility is deluxe. The gym is very clean as well. There are a range of class times from 5am - 6:30pm. Check out their website for the official schedule. Very drop in friendly.
Loved it! Thank you
My first class was great! The instructor, Bill, made sure I understand each work out and everyone at the club gave me a lot of attention.
Friendly staff and great place

I've done crossfit here almost a year, the people are awesome, and the coaches are knowledgable. They take the time to make sure people know what they are doing. Easy to drop in.
By far, Lane 5 has the best coaching in town. It has a great atmosphere and the facilities are awesome. I highly recommend it.
After an ACL surgery I was looking for a change in my training routine. I wanted something that would give me a more well rounded fitness than the mostly running based activity I'd been doing to stay in shape. I dragged my feet for quite some time trying to avoid getting on the Crossfit "bandwagon". After my first few visits with a friend to Lane 5, my opinions quickly began to change and I haven't looked back. It has been the perfect fit for me. The facilities are great and the community is fun loving, hard working and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for better coaches in Tom and Billy, you would be hard pressed to find two more qualified coaches with their cumulative knowledge and experience. On top of all this I feel more fit and healthy than I have in years.
Thanks for letting me stop in! Great workout, and the track stretches were new and fun to do!
What is important to me in a gym is a sense of community. At Lane 5, that's what you get first hand. Secondly come the workouts! I have enjoyed getting to know the owners Tom and Billy Pappas. It's comforting to have coaches who live and breath personal fitness. They each bring to the table a rich history of athletic competition, skills and education. They truly do care for your health and overall well being. Their coaching styles are personal. They spend time with each member working on form and technique. All skill levels are welcome. Each person is treated the same and with respect.
Lane 5 has a great location. Close to downtown and just up the road from the University of Oregon. Their facility is large and spacious. There are two bathrooms with showers. The gym is always clean and well organized. The equipment is in great shape. If you need to borrow a jump rope, there is always some one willing to give up theirs. That's the community. I've created some new friendships and created a new lifestyle. All thanks to Lane 5 CrossFit.

Billy and Tom are amazing trainers. They've always been patient and willing to teach me the proper form of Olympic lifting, running, and basic aerobic movements. Any time I've felt overly sore, stiff, or in pain, they've taken the time to identify the problem and propose solutions, rather than to push it aside for more gains now and more hurting later. You cannot find better coaches- or people- than you find in this gym! The community is supportive, the coaching authentic and rooted deep, and the floor open to discussion and opportunities to learn more than just Crossfit. Lane 5 Crossfit isn't just a gym, it's an educational opportunity to train with world class trainers and create beautiful friendships with the people working out beside you.
