Simple affordable and has everything you need for a real pump. People are friendly. Just watch out in the evening it gets packed.
I love this club. Beautiful facilities, great equipment, fun classes and friendly staff. Exceeded expectations !
The biggest problem I have is with the equipment. This will be my 4th renewal and if the location was not convenient, I would not join again.
All of the equipment is very old and breaks frequently. To make matters worse, when I bring this to the attention of management, very often nothing happens. Some machines have not been working properly for years. It appears that many of the cushions on the equipment have never been changed.
The only change I can see made by the new owners is the flooring. While that is important, this is a gym and the equipment needs to be updated.
Green acres facility is no longer International Fitness. It's now called Delta Fitness. They are on the phone way too long and be aware that they are only honoring International Fitness awesome extras til the end of December 2019. SORRY YOU ALL SOL here.
Small, but perfect, just enough for me for space to work out with the right amount of machines for my routine at a great monthly membership price
Good place to get swol
Salt water pool. Full set of equipment, classes.. good staff

This is by far the best gym in town. Great equipment to get a good workout in.

They said tanning added on for 10 dollars extra a month and then they charge you first and last without telling you. Young blond at front desk is rude and confertational upon interrupting her facebook time. Very dirty and poorly ran. One tanning bed that is broke " for the day" continuously.
I love to work out at International fitness it has changed my life forever I go there I work out I sweat my butt off and then I sleep.
Will maintain equipment While most of it's always working there's always a few out of order also has really good personal trainers.
Basic offerings at a reasonable price. Clean, well-kept facilities. They make it more difficult than necessary to cancel your membership but overall a good spot to start working out.

Terrible gym. The red head lady's the desk is a really nice girl. Helped me out a lot with memberships and such. But the company it's self is terrible. It's going down in a black hole that they will never get out of. Do not invest your money into this business. They don't put it forward into the gym they keep it for themselves it seems like. It's not very clean either. There's a lot of work that needs to be done if they are going to keep this " Business" going.
Great place to work out. Staff is always friendly.
It's a pretty good layout with plenty of equipment. Little cluttered but most gyms are. Not a big fan of their maintenance. Gold's was and now International is notorious for having broken equipment with a sign on it for months before being fixed. This is their best location but they either need to invest in better equipment or put more effort into their maintenance budget. Good place to workout when all the equipment is up and running.
Absolutely filthy gym. Machines are grimy, corners are dusty, and at least a third of the machines don't work as intended or don't work period.
To give a few examples:
-The two little stretching machines only have one wrist strap, and it's so repulsively grimy that I'd rather risk bumping my head against the wall. One of the stretching machines was made in 1998 and the foam on it has eroded away at the front, exposing the wooden interior, and you just have to know that everyone's sweat and bacteria is festering in the exposed porous Polyurethane.
-The machine where you pull the cable handles above your head to work your shoulders had dirty frayed cables for the longest time that consistently cut people's biceps. They finally fixed it after going there for like 5 months.
-Same story with the back machine. Broken for at least five months just because of a missing pin. Hell, it was such a simple fix that I was almost tempted to go over to the nearest home depot and get a metal rod so I could repair the machine myself.
etc., etc...
It just feels unclean in there to a point where you don't even want to touch anything. It's not even cheap either, since Planet Fitness and even the other International Fitness (in the mall near target) boast much cleaner facilities for roughly the same price IIRC. The staff at this place just stare at you blankly if you mention something isn't working and it's kinda frustrating. I haven't been to a lot of gyms, granted, but this is the worst by far.
