Price is high amd the manager can be kinda rude
I like this gym a lot, it just is no longer convenient for us.
They will charge you "equipment upgrade" fees to the tune of 76.00, without answering emails about the charge. Continue to charge you after you cancel, even if you never signed a contract with them. Do not keep adequate staff on, often locked during business hours without notice so you are unable to get issues with your account or billing resolved. Planet fitness is half the price for twice the benefits (and 3x the equipment), or they have a 10.00 basic membership. This place isn't worth the headache.
Staff are great! Gym is always super clean and feels safe, no creepers. It's small but the space is utilized smartly and the equipment variety is way better than you'd expect for the size.
Pretty nice, quiet gym. Dig the red coloring that is EVERYWHERE. Love the fact that it is located near market of choice and McDonald's and 7/11. Y'all really could use a simple bench though. Why is there no bench for benching? Oh but you guys DO happen to be 24/7. F*** yeah!
Clean, great staff and EXCELLENT HOURS (Always open)
Clean and not overly expensive. The location is fairly small but has most of the equipment that one would expect of a gym this size. Staffed for six days a week and accessible to members 24/7/365. The men's restroom and changing area is a bit cramped for my taste.

Slightly expensive...main benefit is 24 hour access with a card. No real classes or programs, a couple personal trainers available to contract, that's about it. Oh and occasional makeshift open houses and promotions. By the way you can bench press with the squat rack... saw someone do it the other day I was like, huh...
It's never too crowded.
For some reason a manager has never been there when I expected one to be. Walked down one day before I got my card and it had closed early. Next day they were on vacay and one of the trainers was covering. Couple days later, nobody at all despite the hours listed, and no explanation.
They have most of what you need if you are self-directed, dedicated, knowledgable and decisive about your own workout.

It's a nice small gym to get a quick workout in and the staff is absolutely amazing!

Clean and not overly expensive. The location is fairly small but has most of the equipment that one would expect of a gym this size. Staffed for six days a week and accessible to members 24/8/365. The men's restroom and changing area is a bit cramped for my taste.
Snap Fitness isn't the largest or most elaborate gym out there, but what I get is an affordable experience that's both cozy and welcoming. David and Mike have been nothing but nice and accommodating on top of keeping the place looking good. I've struggled with my weight and pretty severed depression for as long as I can remember, but Snap Fitness is a place where I can hang up my hat and really focus on my workout. The 24 hour availability and location are extremely convenient, especially because I often enjoy extreme solitude and forget to eat properly. Lastly I really appreciate the discount for working at Market of Choice. It makes me feel additionally welcomed just for being a member of the community.

no staff on Memorial Day that's weird. Greeted by a very rude member saying to come back when staff is present. Just wanted to see pricing of memberships not at this s*** hole!!!!
It has the basics, but is overpriced for what it has. However, I've been to other Snap chains that are much better. The Wifi also sucks here, and I don't imagine that they'll do anything about it. I've been to many gyms over the course of my life, and this is one of my least favorites.

No one would even answer the door for new members trying to check the gym out. So I will never go to this gym. They lost my business permanently
Cluttered space. No bench press. Only one squat rack. Decent place if you are only doing cardio or little baby workouts. If you are strength training you would probably want to go somewhere else.

I got a trial membership with SNAP & only used their facilities twice before finding a gym more suited to my needs. When I forgot to cancel my trial, I was charged $44.95 a month later & SNAP staff was unwilling to refund me. In my opinion, any well meaning, customer driven business, would be understanding of this situation & issue a refund. I take responsibility for forgetting to cancel, but considering the circumstances, I feel taken advantage of.
Great place , never crowded quiet laid back atmosphere and very clean, staff will go out their way to help!
clean, well kept facility in south Eugene complements the varied shopping opportunities abounding in this part of town. Staff always friendly and helpful. If you want a nice place to go while you beat up your body...this is it!
This is a small but excellent "card lock" gym. It is convenient, not crowded, and has all the equipment I need. It is always open (24/7), and I can easily fit it into my busy schedule almost every day.
My experience is obviously colored by the fact that my membership is included w/my health insurance. Nevertheless, I appreciate the 'anytime' access, the variety & maintenance of the equipment and the convenient location.
I've never had a problem with this place. The equipment is well-cared for and the staff is always friendly.
Small gym, poor facilities. The price is ridiculous for what they offer. When I cancelled my account upon moving out of town, they claim they need a month notice to stop billing, so you wind up paying for a month for no reason. What a load of nonsense, just a transparent ploy to milk me for more money. I strongly recommend anyone interested in a gym look elsewhere - this one is just a faceless, corporate ripoff without even a pretense of customer care.
Small gym, somewhat limited in terms of equipment. Wish they had a punching bag. 24 hour access, prices competitive with other local gyms.
Not too busy
