Best place to work out by far. Very knowledgeable trainers that treat every member like family. Unlike most CFs in town, there is no limit to the amount of workouts you can show up for. Nutritional advice is offered as well. Every person is extremely encouraging and nice. Free trails are always available too.

Best gym in town by far! Friendliest and most motivating coaches and the best workouts! This place is my second home and the people like my second family! I definitely recommend crossfit Toad!!

Great place to get a kick ass workout. For me, as a older guy, instructions for safety they provide are especially important. Prices are very reasonable and workouts are unlimited.

It turns out that the grass is a lot greener on the other side of the fence. Miss some friends, but much happier now that I'm at Crossfit Intensify.

Best place to workout in town!!! Not only are the coaches encouraging and knowledgeable, but the community is welcoming and supportive. I'm so thankful I found such an awesome place to workout!

Crossfit Toad is a great place to workout. The coaches work very hard to accommodate each of their members and their various needs. I have never been to a Crossfit gym that takes more care with each person who comes in the doors. It's a welcoming gym for those brand new to Crossfit as well as competitive athletes.
