A great, clean, and friendly gym. The staff is knowledgeable, healthy, and always smiling. The owners work there every day and try hard to make your experience at the gym a positive one. Very reasonable membership fees

I love this gym. Honestly, it's getting better all the time. The staff is super nice, there's only three, but they're awesome. They have a really good deal for veterans and police on their membership. It's usually really clean in there too. I mean, I'm not asking for a lot in a gym, barbell, dumbbells, squat rack, treadmill. This place has all that, plus some other really cool stuff. They also offer classes like Zumba, some one-on-one stuff, and nutritional classes. Great gym.

This is a perfect gym for travellers. Make sure you check the office hours. The gym is spacious, NAUTILUS machines. You have at least 2 machines for every muscle group. The weight sections is good but they also have cross-fit area. I recommend it

Reasonably priced gym. The previous owners ran it into the ground, but the new owners promise to add more equipment. They've already made some improvements.

The owners are awesome people. The staff are allways very friendly. I teach martial arts in the back room on the weekends. Wonderful people all around

Gym is bare bones, good amount of space and cardiovascular equipment, but $30 a month for 24 hour access is a boon to my schedule

Overall my experience here as just been ok. For a long time there were only a few classes offered which was disappointing, but they've recently added a lot more. Unfortunately the owner of the building decided to cut the space in half, resulting in a much smaller facility. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Four stars for the friendly staff and the class instructors are all really nice and helpful.

There is a ton of equipment to use and it's not busy all the time- perfect for people who want their own space. The classes they offer are AMAZING! I always leave in a happy mood!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend in my last couple of months as I ended up leaving the country sooner than expected, but the times I was there, I felt very welcomed and motivated. Gyms can be scary, but all the staff are non judgmental and extremely helpful when asked questions or training their classes. I'd recommend this gym to anyone - fair price, a beautiful gym, and sincere folks.

I have been going to this gym before its acquisition by Fitness 1440. The equipment has not been updated in years. Its worn, outdated, or otherwise broken. As of the writing of this review, a remodeling has taken place -effectively removing a seated barbell press machine and another machine for the shoulders. This is on top of the removal of two squat racks, and a cable machine when this place was Absolute Fitness. In short, the acquisition by Fitness 1440 has not only neglected equipment, but also removed equipment from the gym. The focus of this gym has shifted to zumba classes, weightloss programs, and crossfit. So if you are looking for a serious gym with updated equipment, space, squat racks, and a place to deadlift, I would look else where.
