Amazing coaches, great facility. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in trying crossfit.
I am just about done with my second week and while I have been eternally sore since I started, I can't recommend these folks more. I am just about 50 and have not worked out consistently for 2 years. This is the hardest workout I have ever partaken in, but I already feel stronger and am hooked. All of the coaches are tremendous people and are willing to help no matter where you're at on the "in-shape" spectrum. I have had to modify many of the movements and the coaches are right there to help and or offer encouragement. The fellow students have all been extremely welcoming as well. If you're on the fence about whether Cross Fit or Type 44 is for you, I would say it is and you should take the leap!
I dropped in for a month while out in Bend visiting family in the summer of 2017. Everyone was great, and welcoming, from the owners to the members. The gym was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and had ample room and equipment for the WOD that was programmed. Classes started and finished on time. Keep up the great work, Type44!!
10/10 will visit when I'm in Bend again.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcomed that also knew what exactly they were talking about. Enjoyes the Sunday class thay also featured a ROMWod cashout (VERY NEEDED for my poor hips). Definitely will drop in next time I'm in town.

Never did I ever think I'd be into crossfit...but I love this place! Awesome coaches, a fun environment, and workouts adapted to all skill levels!
