It's hard to rate a place you've never been to, but that is the problem. I arrived in Bend on a Friday and immediately called to schedule a massage on Monday (assuming weekends would be booked). I left a voice mail and sent an email. I did not hear back, so Sunday morning I called again. This time I spoke to someone who told me they had written my number down wrong, but she would pass my info on to the therapist working Monday and I would probably get a call back with in a few hours. No call, so I called again Monday, early. I wanted to take a yoga class and follow it with a massage. I was called back at 10 am and was told, that my number would be passed along to the person on duty that day. So who ever is answering phones, obviously can't book the appointments. The message person finally called me back at 12:01 pm on Monday. By that time I had called another spa and made a same day appointment there. I totally understand if there were no appointment times, but I wish someone had called me in a timely manner so I could look at other options. I was very luck to have gotten in same day at another spa as they had a cancellation, otherwise I would have been out of luck all together.
