I love the authenticity of the teachers; they are walking examples of what they teach. True heart, inspiration, strength and support for anyone who is blessed to have a moment with them. I'm so grateful for Namaspa and the Baptiste practice.
Amazing community to be a part of. Open, accepting, patient, friendly. Teachers are the best imaginable. My first day I walked in knowing zero about yoga and was met with openness and acceptance. Cannot imagine practicing anywhere else.
The best studio and community I have ever enjoyed being a part of. The leadership and teaching staff is off the charts, the yoga teacher training program is the incredible--I feel very fortunate to have Namaspa in my backyard.
I started coming to the power vinyassa flow classes here with zero experience. It has been great. Def recommend

I stopped taking the heated classes (which I loved) following a shoulder/arm injury. I recently returned to Namaspa to take the Healing Flow Lite classes upstairs. The teachers I've worked with have led beautifully, with solid, gentle encouragement and wisdom. These classes seem to penetrate to a deeper level. I build strength and flexibility here; and the way the space is held truly does invite healing. Also... when I was taking class in the heated room and heading off to work after class, I was so grateful that there was a shower I could use. It made it possible for me to take the early morning classes.
My favorite thing is how friendly, helpful, and welcoming the staff are. I immediately felt at home. Instructors were attuned to my needs and provided assistance in making me feel strong, capable, and supported.
Namaspa has been and will always be a stop for my wife and I on our adventures in Bend. Great facilities and amazing teachers / staff. We had not been to Namaspa in over a year and the instructor remembered my wife and I by name. We were shocked.

Great, welcoming yoga community mainly focused on Baptiste method but also with Yin and Restorative classes and lots of workshops. Easy, central location.

I've been searching for a yoga studio I could really connect with here in Bend, and so far I've been to four classes at Namaspa by all different instructors and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. I always look forward to taking classes at Namaspa when I'm in town. The teachers are wonderful--Petit, Stephanie and Suzie are some of my favorites--you're guaranteed to have an inspiring class! I also appreciate the variety of class length (ranging from 60-90min). Namaspa is my home away from home!
It's hard to rate a place you've never been to, but that is the problem. I arrived in Bend on a Friday and immediately called to schedule a massage on Monday (assuming weekends would be booked). I left a voice mail and sent an email. I did not hear back, so Sunday morning I called again. This time I spoke to someone who told me they had written my number down wrong, but she would pass my info on to the therapist working Monday and I would probably get a call back with in a few hours. No call, so I called again Monday, early. I wanted to take a yoga class and follow it with a massage. I was called back at 10 am and was told, that my number would be passed along to the person on duty that day. So who ever is answering phones, obviously can't book the appointments. The message person finally called me back at 12:01 pm on Monday. By that time I had called another spa and made a same day appointment there. I totally understand if there were no appointment times, but I wish someone had called me in a timely manner so I could look at other options. I was very luck to have gotten in same day at another spa as they had a cancellation, otherwise I would have been out of luck all together.

Went to Yin Yoga for my first time at your studio. I did a drop in class just to see if I liked it. I haven't been in a studio in two year because of an injury. I absolutely loved it. The teacher was so kind and everyone was super respectful. I wish I would've just bought an into pass right away.. I'm pregnant and on a tight budget, but I hope to go back soon
