Everything is great until it's time to cancel your membership. Very disappointing experience. I originally wrote a poor review regarding the cancellation process. You need to cancel in person, in writing, you also need to give them 30 days notice (who knows they're going to cancel that far in advance anyway). After that review, I find that Jeff, has cancelled my membership without my consent, and charged my card for next months service without my knowledge. I'm glad I don't actually have to go in and cancel in person, but I'm not glad he did this with no communication made to me. Very unprofessional.
