So impressed with Villa and how they are handling their closing and allowing members to freeze their account during the closure. They have gone above and beyond to make sure their members are taken care of during the closure and I will definitely let all my friends know. Great Job Villa!

My family were members for 4 years. Initially we really enjoyed it. They offer a variety of group workout classes, a ton of equipment and weights in a clean and friendly atmosphere. For those with young kids, Villa Kids is 5 star. My daughter was always excited to go and left happy. The employees at the front desk always seem happy and provide great service.
The 2 reasons we decided to leave. 1) way too many members, the place is constantly overflowing with people. It wasn't like this when we first joined. Now, it feels like 24 hour or lifetime. 2) Management is not responsive to issues when brought to their attention. I had a phone call with the GM to discuss an issue with one of the villa programs I participated in for 2+ years. Multiple commitments were made in the conversation, including a follow up call...you guessed it! No call back over 4 weeks later.
Seems like an awesome place. Came here first time by mail invitation for up to 4 family members. When asked at front desk how to activate the free day pass was instructed to membership computer and putting my family info in and good to go. Still not sure how it works. Any wrist bends? What prevents me from coming over every day for family swim time without membership?
Went here for 4 months, but did not make my money worth it. Amazing for families, great fitness classes and equipments are always clean. You can't use the fitness rooms if there is no teacher present.
the club was nice, but ultimately childcare wasn't a good fit for us so we decided to cancel- trying to get management to return calls or issue our refund has been impossible- over 6 weeks now. very disappointing.

Adequate warm shower water yet, hot whirlpool water required bit hotter temperature to soak and relieve day of after hard work. Excellent Family and adult swimming pools but needed to clean often. Can see and feel filthy remains under pool water especially inside pools. Outstanding customer service by the young crews. Choices of Lift weight and area including basketball courts are in good shape. Gym fanatic who could afford monthly premium should sign this villa.

Great facility! The staff change often, but recently got much better. The class are also very good.
Want your stuff stolen and broken into? this is the club where security does not matter. how about a staff that don't care for their job? or having no management what so ever?
You can't get anyone to hear your concerns because nobody cares about you as a member. YOU HAVE NO VALUE! They charge a premium cost, but have ABSOLUTELY nothing premium about it. The food is mcdonald's garbage at the price of Kanye west tee shirts, and if you ever get it, its delivered by a moody toddler. And someone new everyday is cooking the food, which by the way are all high school students.
It actually feels like a high school attitude. Don't expect to get a premium gym, it is not. but hey they have clean towels! yay! Unless they are missing an angry, stuck up, know it all teenager that didn't show up to work because they're obviously under appreciated to show that they care about their job.
Be prepared to see a lot of new staff every week because they have turn around for years. They would probably try to sell you on it by saying that they have more diverse staff so having new people everyday is good!
Don't trust any of these 5 star reviews they are obviously not members. They just came in for a couple hours then spewed out some b.s. about how great it looked. You know what else looks great...Scientology.
Very nice health sports club. Several swimming pools available. The locker room is really impressive. They even have mouthwash available there. We had only one day pass, so we couldn't check any of their classes included in the price of the membership. Their cafeteria is not special in any way except rather high prices. That's probably why they strictly forbid bringing any outside food.

Love it, love the staff and my only complaint is with the other guests that treat the club like a hotel. The staff are there to replenish items used, not clean up after adults who should know better.

Okay so after reading the bizarre complaints and reviews of this gym, I have felt compelled to write an honest review with substance. I have been attending this gym for approximately a month, and I workout 6 days a week. Previously being a member of 24 hour fitness super sport for many years (highest level of gym offered in Oregon by 24 hour fitness).
First off, this is definitely an upgrade in not only the gym, but the class of people you deal with.
Pro
-Most of the population of the gym is mid-forties I would say, except for gym staff of course which are much younger and very upbeat.
-The other people attending the gym are polite and do not try to use multiple machines at a time unlike your local aggressive "Super Set" guy at 24 during prime hours.
-The daycare has cameras so you can monitor your children on a TV screen that's upstairs and downstairs, so you know exactly how they are being treated by daycare staff.
-The daycare has multiple rooms and they do arts and crafts, play ball, play on structures, it's really cool, my daughter begs "let's go to the gym daddy"! Which helps with my gym motivation.
-YOU CAN TAKE YOUR KIDS OF ANY AGE SWIMMING! After daycare 2 hours, is up I take my daughter swimming, she loves it, there are slides, a basketball hoop, life jackets and noodles provided!
-They provide all your essentials to get on with your day: Hairspray, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion, aftershave, small and large towels.
-They provide clorox wipes to clean the machines, and also have housekeepers that clean the machines everyday.
-They have the newest equipment I have seen.
-The hot tubs are actually hot, and the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are clothing optional for ya'll that like that sort of thing.
-They have family bathrooms so you can change together after swimming, which also means no kids running around in the men's locker rooms.
-Personal trainers are super helpful and will make sure you are doing an exercise correctly, even without purchasing a service.
-OUTSIDE JACUZZI! I love this, I sit and enjoy the sun while staying warm in the winter, it's great.
-CONS
-Sometimes I feel the gym is overstaffed, which is better than understaffed of course. Sometimes you just don't want that warm welcome interaction every room you go in, however it seems the staff has caught on a bit to this and has adapted since they see me regularly now.
-The price is a bit steep if you're a single person, but you start to get a lot more value with an added partner and children.
-They are a bit overzealous about the no- cellphones in the locker room, sometimes you just have to send a quick text message, but it's understandable, I'm adjusting.
-They have mounted squirt guns in the family part of the pool, and it's really awkward and annoying when someone else's child starts squirting you repeatedly.
-You only get 1 guest pass per month with the platinum membership. I think you should get 1 every week or two.

As a founding member, I've enjoyed the club from day one. Not only have I gained friends and health, but my real estate business has also grown.
Good idea for club like this. Poor execution. Showers have standing water, misdrilled holes, doors not mounted, in studios air temp is out of control, towels are stained and shredded, yoga mats are cheap slippery or old ones that were good at one point but now are crumbling, pool has food on the floor all around. Men's sauna lounge is not calming or relaxing due to tvs being everywhere and blasting loud sport programs non stop.
Wonderful gym! I painfully left the MAC after 20 years to join and have had no regrets. Amazing place for kids too.
Badass pools. Great for kids. Weights are decent. Lots of cardio equipment. Never seems overly crowded. Rarely have to wait on equipment/free weights.
Job seekers beware: The recruiter, Sherri Zerbe is quite rude and belligerent. IT IS NOT OK TO DEMAND SALARY REQUIREMENTS AS PART OF A "PRE-SCREENING PROCESS," let alone anything outside of a formal negotiation. I don't care how many others are doing it. And if you do ask, you are looking for a contractor to make a blind bid, not an employee.
If the money is important, tell us off the bat what your budget is. Or better yet, put it in the job post. You do not have the right to be angry when we, as job seekers, refuse to give up our leverage.
In order to be fair there are good things about the club. It's new so things are in good condition and I've met some very wonderful trainers and group exercise leaders.
However their policies and the way they choose to enforce those policies are frustrating at best. In their mission statement they talk about the importance of fitness, family, and community. But they don't stand behind that statement at all. It's all just an empty statement. In my situation they advertise that 2 hours of childcare at Villakids is part of the membership. The catch is that the infant has to be a member also. I was frustrated to learn this, but needed to utilize this service in order for me to use my membership after our son was born. When I recently tried to enroll my infant son I was notified there was a new membership freeze and there were no exceptions. The only alternatives being the occasional parents night out where you pay a fee to have them babysit your child, or to spend over $50 at the spa. I don't want to go to the spa. I want to use the gym membership I'm paying for. I also asked if I would be able to pay a daily fee for the 2 hour childcare so I could exercise and this was also not allowed.
Phone calls to the assistant manager have not been returned. In short they really don't care about fitness or family of members once you are a member.
Had many problems with this club, workers open lockers and leave them open, swimwear/equipment disappearing, not allowing my kids to swim during weekday afternoons, kicking them out of the pool at 8. One of my kids had a personal who did not know anything and asked me what she should teach him. They charge $50 late fee on membership fees, even if it's because you forgot to update your stolen credit card. Took my rating down after I was able to meet with manager who promised improvements, a few month after they got a new manager who seems more ignorant. This place is not worth the cost.
