Working out here is the highlight of my day! I've been coming here for 18 months and I see no reason to ever stop. Great coaches, great programming, very high value! Athletes are fun, friendly, and very encouraging and inspiring.

You pay for training at CrossFit and it is much more expensive than other gyms. There was no coaching during lifting. The rep scheme on the workouts was unusually high. Guessing they have a lot of turnover.

The environment here is only second to the coaching. It's a great place for beginners without any nonsense. They've helped me transform myself from 290lbs to a healthy 260lbs while being strong and flexible
Amazing community filled with friendly and genuine members. Coaching is top notch - technique and form come first before speed and increase in weight. Competitive atmosphere is what differentiates this box from others for me. I love that there are so many competitive female athletes (and males too) that drive me to work that much harder in my training. Best box I've been to in a while.
Because Reflexion offers a variety of programming, each member of the gym has the opportunity to reach their goals. There's also great community of members here who are friendly, welcoming, supportive, and always pushing each other to be better! Give Reflexion a try!
Experienced coaches in a nice facility
I joined the Reflexion Barbell Club several months ago, and have been working with Coach Jesse specifically on Olympic weightlifting since then. Jesse has great knowledge of the sport, having competed in it since he was young. Getting guidance from a nationally competitive weightlifter has been an invaluable experience. In addition to his own experience, Jesse regularly communicates with globally recognized weightlifting experts (like Coach Wu Chuanfu) and draws on their knowledge to deepen his own and to supplement his coaching techniques, and it really shows in his daily interactions with his lifters. That dedication and understanding helps him to provide specific guidance to each lifter, and to tailor programming to meet each lifter's needs. Since I have been at Reflexion Jesse has helped me to undo years of bad habits that I accumulated lifting elsewhere and on my own, making my lifting style more balanced, stable and smooth. That movement efficiency has translated to greater speed, which has led to increased weight on the bar.
Having an experienced weightlifting coach watching your daily sessions (which Jesse does - every session) helps you to develop quickly and increases your confidence when you step up to the bar. I highly recommend the Reflexion Barbell Club to anyone who wants to improve their lifts, regardless of their starting skill level. Jesse can help everyone, from beginners to advanced lifters.

Been to many MANY CrossFit boxes and this one definitely stands out!! Everything about it is great!! From the vibe, the people, the location, the equipment, coaches, etc. You name it!! Very welcoming friendly staff and group of athletes who all know what they're doing. Jesse took good care of me as well. CrossFit Reflexion won't let you down!! See for yourself!! (:
CrossFit Reflexion is great!
Reflexion is a unique place where the only thing that matters is that we are growing and advancing; not that we arrive at some arbitrary strength. The culture that the coaches have created with their clients is incredibly supportive and infectious! Each client is mentored and taught how to improve and grow. Each and every relationship is important to them.
PRs are not just for bravado, they are a result of careful, consistent, thoughtful, mature and responsible coaching and programming.
CrossFit Reflexion is an awesome box. I have been with them for a month now and have seen incredible gains already. I am getting leaner and stronger then I have ever been and setting new personal records every couple weeks! I have had a great time working out with all the other members, they are all very supportive and great people to be around. I also feel great following my personalized nuitrition plan which has helped improve my recovery time allot. I am putting in more work than I have ever before and am feeling less sore while doing it, the programming is a lot of fun and includes a lot of skill work which I need a lot of. They are also great in welcoming people of all ages and fitness levels and providing a lot of attention to people just beginning.
