I enjoy the gym! Good music and great staff. I usually go at night when there aren't many people, and that seems to provide the best workout experience. I think the pricing is great, so if you're looking for a gym, check this one out!

The new owner Jason was so friendly and helpful, he also does training and is being more then helpful with my journey to get my perfect wedding body! Getting married in August and my arms are gonna be amazing!! I would recommend this gym to any one of my family or friends!

I love this place. It's small but has everything I need. Its family owned, only had 4 employees, so it's a gym I want to support. It even has turf in the back outside!

Great gym with excellent staff. Cody, Collin & Brittney are always very helpful and friendly. I have been a member for nearly a year (joined Jan 2019), and really enjoy that this gym feels more like a family or community. Good selection of equipment with seldom a delay getting onto a machine or using any of the facilities (tanning beds). Great place to work out, that I would certainly recommend.

If you want a no frills, no nonsense place to work out anytime, with no pressure from employees or fitness trainers this place is 100% for you. It's not exactly big, but is packed with equipment for both cardio and weight training. Plenty of TVs too.
It doesn't have a sauna and the locker rooms are tiny, but for $15/month it's a pretty good value. I like to work out at night and the place is very quiet after 900pm.
There is a hydro massage as well as tanning booths if that is your thing too.
Check the place out. It gets the job done.

The Staff are nice. Price is good. Wish there were more squat racks, but it hasn't been an issue yet since it hasn't been very busy when I've went. The equipment is all in good shape and music isn't bad.

The staff is great, they are super friendly and helpful. This gym has great equipment, and is always really clean. I love that you can go at any time. This is a great gym!

This gym is saving my life! As someone who is severely overweight, finding a gym and judgements was a terrifying thought. However, this has been my place to go the last 3 months and have managed to lose a great deal of weight! Has been a lovely experience from the start with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

This place is literally the best gym ever. No judgment, actually 24/7, and easily accessible. Sadly had to cancel because I moved across town.

Great place, only complaint is that it is the only location. Hard to go there as much as I would like to since it is so far from where I live and from where I work. They could use a larger variety of machines too. But they do have friendly staff and they are accessible 24 hrs.

I went to this gym for about a year. I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and they really go out of their way to get to know their members. I was sad when I had to leave when I moved out of town. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym is absolutely perfect. Staff are friendly, they honor veterans and there are no strings attached. Just an amazingly pleasant experience with all the equipment you need for your fitness needs. Great job guys.

Always friendly and helpful staff at this gym. Usually lots of open equipment so I don't have to wait a long time. Good TV's at the treadmills. Clean facility that doesn't feel too bro-y.

This is the most positive and comfortable gym I have been to. The staff is great, Very nice to talk to and helpful. This gym already gets high marks for being a lift for the 22 gym and the staff just pushes it over the top.

I really liked this gym! It's small enough that you don't feel overwhelmed, but has everything you need. Everything is kept nice and clean. I like the personal greeting you get when you walk in the door. I always felt there was help if I needed it or had a question. Unfortunately I had to leave due to finances (even though this place is very reasonably priced!) but I would come back if my situation were different!

The experience here was great! Could not ask for a better staff, equipment, and environment. If not for a gym opening across the street I would still be here. And if you are a veteran this is the gym for you (see Lift for the 22). Great people and experience overall.

I love it, it's a great facility, close to my home. Having access to it anytime is really great. They have a surplus of machines, so even though it's awkward going to the I've empty machine that is in-between 2 attractive women... It's still available haha. Price is great, and staff is fine. I wish they would engage you more, but they do the minimum hello, so no complaints

I only managed to workout here once during my trip to Portland, but the location left an immediate positive impression. The staff were awesome and the variety of equipment allowed me to get in a solid full body workout. Lots of parking was also a huge plus.
