This is a fantastic gym. The facilities are great, although there is no air conditioning. To make sure no one overheats there are a ton of floor and ceiling fans. Classes are fairly priced and coaches are very good at their jobs. They pay attention to everyone during classes and offer helpful tips. If you are new to crossfit, they take time to make sure you know how to do the exercises in a safe manner. There is no pressure to do anything you are not capable of and they are always prepared with an alternate exercise if you can't do the one on the board. Classes range from 2 to 10 people in size. Other people in the classes are friendly and encouraging.
