No contracts is a plus! I enjoy talking with the friendly desk staff.
What are the prices and is it like Planet Fitness as far as having to put bank card on file? I'd much rather not put my card on file especially for my fitness center?? I'm also, looking for a boxing coach or a sparring partner... Any suggestions?
This gym is by far the best gym in the Springfield area. The staff there are always attentive to any needs from the members. The gym has any equipment you could ever want to use and before I forget they also have a on-site nutrition store.
Horrible management. How can you justify getting complaints of a customer taking pictures of women working out and give him a slap on the wrist? Shows that you are spineless and care more about his $30 a month than keeping your customers safe. Switching gyms.

This place was awesome. I am from out of town but needed a place to get a good workout in. I was truly impressed! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and took the time show me around before my workout. If I lived in the area I would become a member. The fact the it's in a historical building is incredible and well!

Not a typical gym. No sweaty smell. The staff is constantly cleaning. Great classes from beginner to expert. No. Contracts ever. Makes this place beyond affordable

I love gyms located in old historic buildings to begin with, but this one my favorite that I've worked out in. They have numerous workout programs and trainers, as well as sell supplements. There are spacious changing rooms. Sanitary wipes are located near the equipment. They don't lock you into a contract. The staff always greet their clients. I got a discounted rate because my wife works out here. I've only been working out here a couple weeks and it's never been unbearably crowded. I hope I can say the same about this gym 6 months from now.
