Amazing staff at this location! I felt completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. This gym offers everything for such a great price - machines, free weights, classes, cardio equipment, ALL of it. The only negative is that this location is absolutely filled during peak hours - kind of hard to find what you need when you need it. Guess that's just proof that it's a great place to workout!!

I walked in just to check out how the gym is, ended up getting membership. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Mitchell introduced me to all the sections in the gym, and i signed up right away. Also i really appreciate Joel, VP of the company is taking time and giving careful attention to the customer satisfaction in the comments section ! Great !

Church Fitness is a great place to workout. The entire staff is friendly & will to help, they will answer any questions you have. The gym is very clean the machines are always in good working order. Crunch Fitness is the place I go to get fit & wind down. Come to Crunch and you'll be glad you did.

This gym is so great. And the staff are AWESOME! I don't know how they manage to stay so cheerful all the time, but they do.
The place is clean with lots of different equipment and four squat racks. It can get a little crowded at peak times, but I've always been able to do what I needed to, and the other gym-goers are very nice. For the price, this place is top-notch.

Cannot say enough good things about Crunch fitness in Kenwood. Between the attentive, professional, knowledgeable staff, the overall amenities that are beyond basic gym equipment and the convenience and ease of a work out here, it is one of the best gym properties I have ever worked out in. Tried it out a couple of times before signing up for a membership myself. Special shout out to Mike Lindsey! Awesome customer service.

The equipment is good and it's cheap but it has an lot of drawbacks. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter, I guess they're too cheap to run heat or air conditioning. Even though everybody wears headphones, the blast horrible EDM pop music at ridiculous volumes. The locker rooms are DISGUSTING, smellls of urine, hair and nail clippings all over the place, mold and mildew in the showers makes me think they've never been cleaned and Just last week, I saw bedbugs. Needless to say that I no longer use their locker room.

Got scammed into the personal training and have had an incredibly difficult and negative experience trying to opt out. I feel very uncomfortable going back after the endeavor and didnt want to cancel my entire membership but the issue with the training has been so awful I might have to.

I have been a member of many gems over the years but this is my favorite by far. The value for what you get is amazing. 30 bucks a month and I can take all the classes I want bring a guest and you will keep my kids while I'm working out. Not to mention the fact that I can get a HydroMassage everyday and go tanning if I'd like.

Good little gym but always crowded. Monthly contracts are very flexible. Enough 'working' treadmills and free weights. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Be careful where you workout in this gym, if you're blocking the mirrors people will kill you. :)

The whole facility is awesome. The front desk representatives have always been nice and when issues occurred, they were very knowledgeable in their explanations. There are plenty of cardio and weight machines to use which is nice. The area with free weights is a little tight in my opinion and I wish there was more room, but its okay. Oh and the package deals they offer are very accommodating. Can't beat that!

Over all, the gym was clean and well maintained. Requests were handled in a timely manner and the staff was overall friendly.

The facility is always clean and inviting. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I have been going to Crunch for about a year and a half now. The Personal Training is great, the amount of machines and free weights available are good, and the locker rooms are always clean. The parking isn't great because it is a shared lot with a lot of other businesses. If you know that you will need to park far away ahead of time it isn't a big deal. Knowing the busiest times of day for this facility is helpful when I plan to come in to work out. I choose to avoid those times. Even when I am there at their busiest times their service does not waver. The price for the use of the facility is amazing!

Update:
Taking 2 stars off as this place has started going down the hill since March. Several equipment are out of order, plates scattered everywhere (evening staff continuously re-rack the weights but it's members that are unorganized) and xenophobic members making racial comments (just couple of guys).

I've been going to LA Fitness for the past several years, and I cannot tell you how glad I am that I switched to crunch. The employees are super helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Cody and Sanjay were particularly friendly and resourceful. Couldn't be happier here

Enjoyable place to workout, folks are nice, equipment is clean an depending on your preference working out around a lot of people or less you will definitely want to look at peak hours.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Only complaint its that it is usually really busy when I go after work, but that is not the gyms fault. They have TONS of cardio machines. The free weights and benches are pretty crowded so if you are primarily a lifter come during a slow time or wait your turn.

Great gym. They have an awesome array of equipment, a friendly staff, and provide a multitude of classes. I have never had any issue with the gym. Everything has always been clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

It's big, but not too big; has a very nice variety of of equipment to work with including PROPER deadlift/squat platform. The staff is awesome and friendly. And everything's new and shiny.
