I have never had scripture read to me while I did yoga before. It was interesting.
The instructor was good at spotting and smoothly correcting posture, the scriptures and prayers/intentions were well chosen/spoken, and the music worked really well for the flow. I felt comfortable yet challenged. Feeling stronger and calmer.
Worthy yoga is an amazing experience. Each instructor is a "gift" for the yoga experience at Worthy. Any class can be adapted to one's level of practice...if you want more intense yoga - you make it intense...if you want more gentle.... you can create the gentle, but you always grow one way or the other. The spiritual base is so helpful for a daily dose of peace and reflection. Love Worthy Yoga!!
