Staff always seems distracted and/or careless. This store is not a welcoming or inviting environment. I specifically now only choose to shop at the Hyde Park location due to my poor and unprofessional experiences here.
African American lady at register would not work with me on a return, that the card used had been cancelled. Would only offer me in store credit for a return I have the receipt and tags still attached.

I am usually a huge fan of Lululemon and their service, but today an African American girl at the cash register was really rude. I simply just wanted to return an item and and check out. She gave me a completely unnecessary attitude. Your job is customer service. There is no need to be disrespectful.
Someone recently stole my gift card and I had limited information. I first talked to Shawnie who was able to point me in the right direction of exactly what I needed to find. She kept tabs with me and then I was able to be passed off to Allison who did the same. I don't know the end result on whether I can recover my giftcard yet but they both were super helpful and willing to help me when they didn't have to. I really appreciate both of them!
