IF you really want to avoid getting creaky - this is the place. I am so much stronger (at 56) than I was when I started here two years ago. Chris, Jenn and the rest of the staff are experts in their areas and will not only work on what you think you need, but what they think you need to do to be functionally fit, all over. Strength, flexibility, nutrition, mindfulness, cardio without being overwhelmingly complicated. You can get as much or as little attention as you need here. The classes are never too big for you to get attention (usually 4-6 or less!) in the mornings, the kettle bells, bands, and ropes are plentiful.
