I started going to Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp back in September. I had been looking for a place to workout for about a year. After dealing with medical issues for the year, I was ready to jump back into an exercise routine. I had gained weight, my self esteem was super low, and work stress was tearing me down. I decided to give the Girls Night Out Experience challenge a try. It was the BEST decision! Trisha gave me the tools to help better myself. It's not just an exercise program, it is a life changer. Based on the knowledge Trisha provided, I changed my eating habits to help fuel my body, started my "new normal" exercise schedule, increased my mood dramatically, and gained major self esteem from other Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp members as well as the trainers! I love going to workout! Trish, Jamie, Drew, and Maria are wonderful! The workouts are never repetitive nor boring. I am always dripping with sweat after a workout, and I feel stronger than ever! But, you have to be ready to push yourself. All of the trainers are there to help, but you better be willing to make the change. Trisha, Jamie, Drew, and Maria are always there every step of the way. All of these factors helped me lose 8% body fat in 6 weeks! After the challenge, I joined Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp because I love everything about it. Hands down, joining Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp is one of the best decisions I have made! If you join, then you DEFINITELY won't regret it. Thank you Trisha, Jamie, Drew, and Maria!
