A little under a year ago I took their Pole Foundation class. I have a pole at home and at this point I had been self teaching for about 3 months. I looked at their website and it said "This class is a PREREQUISITE before taking any other pole classes at Bella Forza." They seemed to stress how important it was to take this class. They mentioned safety, stretching, walking, and 2-3 basic spins would be taught.
It was a complete waste of money. The only new thing I learned was how to walk. I knew the spins, and we didn't learn anything about safety. We did some basic stretches at the beginning and end. They should have said that if you have some experience with pole to call so you're placed into the correct class.
The entirety of the class was learning a dance. Obviously the instructor did not prepare at all because she kept forgetting the steps, so literally every time we started over, the dance was different. All the staff were very nice, but if I'm paying $25 for an hour long class I expect the instructor to at least care enough to come prepared. I felt like the instructor didn't take the class very seriously because it was an introductory class.
I'm not sure if I will attend any classes in the future.
