A little under a year ago I took their Pole Foundation class. I have a pole at home and at this point I had been self teaching for about 3 months. I looked at their website and it said "This class is a PREREQUISITE before taking any other pole classes at Bella Forza." They seemed to stress how important it was to take this class. They mentioned safety, stretching, walking, and 2-3 basic spins would be taught.
It was a complete waste of money. The only new thing I learned was how to walk. I knew the spins, and we didn't learn anything about safety. We did some basic stretches at the beginning and end. They should have said that if you have some experience with pole to call so you're placed into the correct class.
The entirety of the class was learning a dance. Obviously the instructor did not prepare at all because she kept forgetting the steps, so literally every time we started over, the dance was different. All the staff were very nice, but if I'm paying $25 for an hour long class I expect the instructor to at least care enough to come prepared. I felt like the instructor didn't take the class very seriously because it was an introductory class.

I'm not sure if I will attend any classes in the future.

I would(and do) recommend to any woman that you come check out Bella Forza. BFF has helped me reclaim my fitness and lifts me up on a daily basis. The environment at BFF is positive and welcoming to women of all ages and sizes. Regardless of your goals and fitness level you can find a home with BFF. If you are new to Cincinnati and are looking for a place to meet new people and gain a healthy lifestyle you should come and give BFF a try. Your first class is free and you will be hooked after you meet the instructors and amazing staff there. I am forever thankful to BFF for changing my life for the better. After 3 months I have muscle tone that I never imagined possible and have set goals for myself that I am excited to reach. Try BFF! You will not regret it!

OMG, if I could give BFF a 10, I would! I've never found a fitness club that has great instructors, great classes and I get a great workout! I always want to go - and am excited about the results. Thanks Beth, for making BFF my home away from home!
