I have been going to QCB for a little over 7 months now. I could not be happier with my experience at the gym with Todd, and the programs that he has cycled me though thus far. I have been strength training and working on my over all fitness over the last 15+ years of my life in various capacities. Like some people I have had my ups and my downs with my overall fitness level.
Over the years I have read many books, searched the internet, as well as participated in many lifting programs administered by coaches, and collegiate strength trainers in my quest for fitness. I have found Todd to be very well versed, in not just the what, but the how, and why of the various strength training, fitness, and nutrition theories out there.
I really enjoy being able to show up to the gym and get right into the workout with the program for that day already being laid out. This allows me to get into the gym and be as efficient with my time as possible. No waiting for a station to open up, or me searching for the different exercises on my phone for the program that I am working on. Its great to have Todd right at my side so I can ask whats next, he can explain/correct my form, as well as him to kick me in the butt every once in a while when I need it.
I have also found a lot of value in his stamina part of the training session. In the past when I would have a hard strength training workout, I would often justify omitting the cardio portion of the workout. But, having Todd around to hold me accountable ensures that there are no skip days.
My only regret is that I did not find the gym sooner. Not only is Todd a great knowledgable coach that has me feeling great, he's also a great guy to be around. My advice to you would be to give QCB a try.
