Chris is very enthusiastic and motivating! He really knows what he's doing and makes it a point to individualize each person's workout in the safest and most effective way possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and positive environment!

It is definately the best choice I have ever made in regards to working out. Chris works closely to make sure you are getting the best workout. I first started doing a challenge for a month, working out 3 days a week and I lost 5" in my waist and 14 lbs. I could not believe it. Best results from any workout program that I have ever been involved with. Chris truly cares about your success. FARRELL FIT IS "AWESOME" WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! It is actually like a family. Very motivating.

His techniques are proven and uniquely tailored to each individual client. I have become more flexible and am making meaningful progress in areas that have been limiting my performance for some time. I am currently completing a 28 day weight loss challenge through Farrell Fit. For this challenge, Chris provides a meal plan, along with a shopping list for each week of the weight loss challenge. Included in the challenge are 4 fitness classes per week. I noticed positive changes after the first week!
Before taking the classes, a fitness evaluation is conducted so that the instructors can all know if you need modifications to the exercises during class. So, although classes are in a group format, you will receive an individualized experience. Classes are NOT intimidating and completely non judgmental! Everyone is at a different fitness level but heading toward similar goals - a better you!
Trouble staying motivated? I have received daily emails with tips and tricks to keep on track (for the challenge), and personal follow-up for encouragement! You will not receive this type of personal attention at a traditional gym!

Chris and his team are awesome. They take the time to get to know you and push you in a way where you trust them. You aren't being yelled at. Not only is Chris great but so are his clients! I'm so glad I was introduced to Farrell Fit!
