Healing Touch is such a valuable service to offer the community! I found the session enormously relaxing. My providers were wonderful - I felt very lovingly supported by their caring energy. Thanks to all of you for your healing service to the community.

VITALITY Cincinnati invites you to open your eyes, mind and heart to being the best you can be though self care education. The journey includes yoga, meditation, Healing Touch and Bones for Life. The Journaling program surprised me the most. Check out VITALITY Buzz & Books.

Vitality has a vibration that welcomes one and all. If you're looking to loosen up your body or perhaps reconnect your mind and spirit, I believe you will find great benefit here. Vitality Cincinnati also supports/partners with other local businesses ranging from massage therapy, urban gardening, wholesome-homemade goods (like soaps, chapsticks, etc. - see Econsciously) and more. The teacher training program is set up to make YTT available at a lower cost and higher community benefit through community gardening hours. Oneness has never rang louder than it does here. :)
