After reading the reviews it's extremely OBVIOUS that this place has major issues when they respond to EVERY SINGLE negative review with the exact same reply saying all the negative reviews are " fake" lol cone on guys seriously this is truly PATHETIC that your handling the reviews like this very unprofessional and childish to say the least ! The negative reviews are not what has stopped me from bringing my son here it was the response of the club that made my decision so easy in choosing not to go there! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I cancelled my membership in 2018 and am still receiving charges. I've finally opened an investigation after many attempts to contact The Punch House and Danny. Mailbox is always full and no one answers. If you decide to work out here - I recommend not putting a credit card down and only using cash. Ridiculous.
They really aren't a boxing gym but more a fitness center. They spend about almost all the class making you do these exercises and then for the last 15 mins they teach you a little boxing. So if you are looking for more staying in shape this is the place, BUT make sure you know what you are signing up for! When i trained there i thought i signed up for a monthly contract that i could cancel at any time, BUT they signed me up for a 6 month contract that i was not aware of nor did they mention to me beforehand! I called the owner to tell him it was a misunderstanding and he continued to tell me i HAD to pay off the contract though i was a minor (16) at the time and couldn't of signed the contact and made it valid anyway without a parent's consent. Hindsight's 20/20 but i wanted to warn people and let them know what they are getting into before they sign up
Women love this place and it's always had a great reputation for years. This is a real boxing workout. Trainers are intense and they focus on changing your lifestyle.
My daughter is taking boxing classes now and she loves it. She will attend the free self defense class this month and that makes me feel secure as a dad. I like that this gym has programs to help women protect themselves. Good Job.

Rude and lacking any kind of customer service. Lots of training in their parking lot LOL if I wanted to work out in a parking lot I wouldn't go to the gym. The man I spoke with about training was extremely overweight and unkept not the type of person I would want training me. If you can't take care of yourself what makes me think you can help train me. I think maybe these guys should go into Landscaping.

I'm reading some of the negative reviews about the billing challenges, and all i can say is that I never had an issue, and I did both group classes and personal training. I would just assume (hope) that those reviews were the result of some growing pains glitches, and not representative of a the typical experience.

Great Gym and Atmosphere. The classes are done as a group and you get a very good workout. My friend and I had a blast. She is a member of the gym and invited me and I got a free class which was AWESOME. The staff is so informative because I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them. I felt very comfortable here. Other gyms hour just a number and you pay a cheap gym membership but no guidance. Definatly coming back. Thank you.
WAS JUST CHECKING MY CREDIT SCORE AND SEEN I HAD A 200 DOLLAR CHARGE ON COLLECTIONS FROM THIS PLACE. PAYED OVER 500$ AND ONLY WENT 3 TIMES AND QUIT BECAUSE IT WAS LITERALLY THE BIGGEST WAIST OF TIME. IVE BEEN TO 99% OF THE GYMS INSIDE OF 275 AND A TON SURROUNDING AND CAN SAY THIS WAS THE WORST. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, SKIP THIS PLACE YOUR YOU WILL HONESTLY REGRET IT, CHECK THE REVIEWS
I gave this gym a 5 star because it over exceeded my expectations.
Staff- was very friendly and knowledgable. I had no clue about boxing and they made me feel like I did. Just by helping me understand the concepts, how to hand wrap and most of all throw punches. Note: if you are a good listener you will understand everything because it's very easy but intense. I had to join the beginner class because I was new but I'm glad I did because I understand the flow of class structure now.
Gym- this place is actually big inside. I didn't realize it until I was told we had to leave all big items in locker rooms because the cubbys are for smaller items. It also has showers.
Workout: The workout was amazing!!! I really enjoyed everything from the punches combinations to the ab & leg workout.
Definitely coming back. Plus I didn't realize how many people brought friends with them to workout. Might bring my sister with me next time.

Absolute worst boxing gym that I have ever attended. They claimed to have been running a promotion that promised you one free month but they still make you pay for the month? And they tried to say I owed them $550. They are a joke. Bunch of con artists.

I bought a package deal and liked it! But that was before they opened up other locations and kept pushing the Groupon deals. I took a 6 month break and then rejoined. The entire atmosphere was completely different than before. I started to feel judged (by other members and the STAFF). I am overweight and out of shape, I was constantly feeling like I was holding back the rest of the group from the stares and looks I would receive. Then they raised the prices of membership even more, so I cancelled! IF you are already in shape, have money to burn and need a good workout, go here. But if you are like me, and looking to get healthier and in shape, then I would go elsewhere.
