Very clean, healthy atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. Every part of the environment was inspirational.
The workers seem really nice and the sauna. That's about it with this gym. It's very misleading, the building looks new and really impressive. Once you walk in and see the machines and layout. It's like a time warp into the late 80s and early 90s. I'm surprised at how much they charge for monthly memberships when the amenities are so out of date. I also went to use the restroom and there was literally poop all over each stalls toilet. Do you guys ever clean? Felt like I may get hepatitis from using it.
This is a great location with all the amenities you could ask for. Not a bad view, if you're going to be on a treadmill for an hour!
Very similar in equipment and layout to most other LA locations. Great standard gym. The staff is friendly and the place is well kept. My only recommendation... they could use a few more squat racks... but then again what gym couldn't!
Missing a lot of equipment it should have. It is always dirty. The soap dispensers never work. At least 10 pieces of equipment are broke at all times. There aren't enough barbells for the number of bench presses??? Huh? Seriously?
With that said, somehow LA Fitness is still the best option for this type of gym in the area. Crazy...
And I just don't know why so many people are employed here! What are they doing! I cannot tell.
I was traveling and reached out to Logan about a guest pass. He took care of it and was extremely courteous and helpful. Place was clean and had well maintained equipment

Awesome experience at LA Fitness in Bellevue! After moving here from Michigan, my wife and I needed to find a gym that we loved as much as the one from home, and LA Fitness exceeded those needs! When you come in, ask for Logan or Branden. They took awesome care of us and met our needs perfectly. I highly recommend.
This is an excellent facility and Logan is a great GM. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. I highly recommend talking to him if you are looking to become a member.
Let's start with the good and then move to the rest. This LA Fitness location has a lot of space, a great view of the river and downtown, and plenty of cardio equipment with variety. The indoor track and pool are in good shape and not a common feature of most gyms. Located off of 471 near Newport, it's very convenient to downtown and midtown. If you're there for cardio, this gym will not seem busy... there's plenty of cardio options. For weight training the picture is a little bleaker but there's good news there too. Dumbbells go up to 125lbs, straight bars and EZ bars, there are 3 flat benches, 2 incline benches, 2 smith machines, 1 decline bench, 1 power rack, 1 squat rack, 1 universal cable machine setup, and a good variety of hammer strength type machines. While the cardio equipment is relatively new, the weights have seen better days. They are in working order but they're old and the plates are a mashup of different styles. If you're squatting you may have to wait for one of the two racks or work in. The staff and management seem to care about their facility and based on their comments they are in the process of updating equipment as they are able. Oh... and while there are water fountains, I learned today that there is no bottle filler. Free parking on the river side of the building.
Always a great place for a workout. Run, swim, or lift.

Machines are generally working. Bathrooms are clean. Can get crowded around peak hours, bit that's to be expected. Top floor has cardio equipment. Free weights and machines on the first floor.

Facilities are starting to look run down and worn out. I've had a couple of occasions where there isn't anyone staffing the front desk and I've stood there for 5-10 minutes waiting. The pool seems to break quite often. The first year I had a membership the pool wasn't even open. I finally decided to cancel my membership and they made me come to the location at a time they preferred because they insisted they could not do so over the phone.
Big gym that's not too busy. Nice pool and facilities. Ashley is very knowledgeable and my trainer Alivia kicks my butt properly. I've been exercising regularly for years, but I am better off since I joined LA and started training with Alivia.

I love LA fitness. I have been to most of the locations in the greater Cincinnati area over the past 5+ years. But this location... it's terrible. The pool seems to have been out of service for a few years at least, it's poorly lit, and the locker room is in disrepair - locker doors missing pieces or barely hanging by one hinge. The equipment is busted too - last week I hopped on a recumbent bike to find the display was broken, so I couldn't tell what level I selected and nearly injured myself putting it up too high. I hoped by now it would be in better condition than the last time I went a couple years ago, but it is really just getting worse. I expect a lot better from this company.

L.a. Fitness Bellevue! This gym is awesome. Trendy, clean. Trainers are on point. Bryan set me up with a killer routine.

This has been my gym for almost 5 years. It has gone through management changes and continues staff shuffles. However, they have managed to keep a fairly decent quality of equipment maintenance and staff support.
The best part about this gym is the view. Please come and visit it at least once and you will love it. Also they have underground parking for the snowy days.

Pathetic gym. Manipulates you into contracts then does not cancel them when you come in and personally close your account. Will continue to charge you after canceling. Will also tack on charges for personal training. The "staff" here belong on used car lots. Not a gym. Save your money and go somewhere else. These leeches will empty your wallets and leave you high and dry. 0 stars.
I am sorry but I love all the fluff reviews from the terrible new GM Brian's buddies. I get it he was loved in his other location, but he is an awful GM. Most of the regulars can not stand him. He chooses to sit at his desk all day even when not selling. Doesn't try to get to know the members, doesn't walk around or interact. Comes off arrogant and rude to most people. As a female he has made some comments that are borderline inappropriate.
The gym has a toxic environment now. Most regulars are leaving or go to other locations. LA fitness management needs to relocate him or retrain him, before he ruins this gym.
Also the only trainer worth using at this gym is Damon he is a master trainer but the best. Everyone else is a revolving door on the training side.
The location is great, management and staff need to be changed out. Nice try on management fluffing the reviews.

Beautiful facility with an Overlook of the River and downtown. Great selection for lifts and one of the only places in Cincinnati with two squat racks and a deadlift area. Bryan the manager does a great job!
Don't get me wrong. They have great facility but I don't like to be played as a fool when someone is telling that I could cancel my membership with only a phone call especially when I don't have a contract and that is a complete lie. I've been trying to get a hold of Mallory for 3 months and no one have the courtesy to return my calls. I just signed up as an add-on to my roommate's account in order to use the pool for 2 months as part of my training for an Iron Man in Cozumel, MX this past September. I will keep calling every single day until you remove my card from your system. And don't tell me that I can just email a form with my key tag number because you guys never gave me one. Hopefully I can get your attention now. Mallory, WHERE ARE YOU????? is my $30 a month worth a bad review??
