I am going on 7 months with Nutrition Dynamic and working with Vince. I have had an array of symptoms for nearly the last decade and never had any Dr take me seriously and look into my health, genetics and background as much as Vince has. It is a slow process and easy to get frustrated, but that is to be expected with any functional medicine practice as the healing is a lot different than taking a prescription. Vince is very busy, but does a great job staying on top of what needs to be done and keeping you on track. I would recommend Nutrition Dynamic to any family member or friend that is looking for an alternative to the frustration of modern medicine.

I could not be happier with my experience at Nutrition Dynamic! Vince and his entire time are nothing short of amazing. They actually CARE about you and they are with you every step of the way. You can make anyone lose weight if you fill them up with tons of supplements and charge your clients an arm and a leg for them. That's all Nutrition Dynamic does. It's all a scam. And Vince is just an awful, self-centered individual. The guy is going a million miles a minute - good luck getting him to even remember you from your last consultation. I literally would have to repeat everything I told him at the prior consultation we had because he would never remember. Then he would tell me to check in online and text him, yet he would never ever respond back or anything. I have a feeling he is on a lot more than just supplements. He is a time bomb waiting to explode and he treats his clients like trash. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't fall for the hype.

It was one of the ickiest experiences I've ever had with a "healthcare" professional.

Really disappointed to say the least. I had high hopes for this program. Especially seeing all of the great reviews. It worked out pretty well in the beginning. But after about 2 months, my coach Vince literally just stopped coaching me altogether. I would contact him, ask him questions, check in, etc like I was instructed to do and I was literally just ignored. Mind you, I would only send maybe 1 to 3 messages a week, due to my busy schedule and not wanting to drive him crazy. The fact that I was paying to be coached and guided through this process, you would think I could get some sort of response and coaching here and there. The only real interactions I received was when I would physically go in for my consultations and told to spend more money on supplements on top of my monthly fee.
When I finally spoke up about it, instead of approaching it like a professional and suggesting a solution, Vince personally attacked me via text. The texts ranged from saying he never got any of my messages, saying I was too unorganized and lazy to stick with the program (a program I followed diligently), as well as saying I would never reach my goals. He then proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I relied on the hours listed on Google to call and try to get a hold of someone. Once I had canceled my membership over the phone with someone at the front desk, Vince then accused me of never calling to cancel and told me suddenly I needed to physically come in to cancel or they would keep charging me, even though no one communicated this to me when I called.
After sharing this experience with a friend she proceeded to write a bad review for Nutrition Dynamic because she was so disgusted by the way I had been treated. The business responded very respectfully and asked for the proof of these conversations between Vince and I to be emailed to them. I, of course, never received a response from the email I sent in and not even 24 hours later, the post magically disappeared from their page, restoring their 5 star review status. This now explains the perfect reviews. I am sure this one will be deleted soon as well, but I at least wanted to get something out there while I can. It's ridiculous the way I was treated and something tells me I'm not the only one who has gone through such an experience with Nutrition Dynamic.
